I like this restaurant! I usually avoid the chain fast food places, but sometimes my circumstances dictate when and where I can eat. That is the reason I have visited this location numerous times. Every time I visit, I am warmly greeted and made to feel like a valued customer. The personnel are usually pretty upbeat. My meals are always well prepared. Never any mistakes, and quick service. REMINDER WHY I DON'T EAT AT MCDONALDS - If one word could sum up the morons working here it'd be DUMB. We sat at the drive through window waiting for our order for 15 minutes, no joke. People left the drive-thru after ordering because it took so long. The place wasn't overly busy, slow by city standards, and the drive-thru girl stood there with her hand on her hip like an idiot the whole 15 min. It didn't register to her that it was busy and maybe she should help? She did literally nothing the whole time we waited! Then when she finally handed us our food she says, "here." And it wasn't because she was rude, it's because she didn't know any other words that would convey the action of handing us the food, and her concept of time was affected by her laziness, so I wasn't surprised she wasn't embarrassed at how long it took to get the food to us. it was becaus15 min wait for a couple cheeseburgers is hilarious! They squirt ketchup out of a gun and pull burger patties out of a drawer! What were they doing? Baffled! It's actually kind of funny! Want to see real life Gummo? Head to this McDonald's lol Two days later, follow up! Went back, only to get an Iced coffee because, well, no where else to get one lol and would you believe it? We stopped in here for a quick dinner on way up north to cottage. This Place is clean, decorated nice for Fall.. ate a filet of fish sandwich, hot fluffy and cooked good. Other are 2 cheeseburgers cooked old fashioned way, diced onions, pickles.. staff ok.. will stop here on way back for a cold caramel Frappe! read more

Yikes! Yelp!........The person at the food window was not wearing a mask!....Not even around her neck - not even at attempt at appearance. And, she was load and spoke right into my car window....scary!!! If one such as her were to become infected she could easily spread it to 100 or more others since she is too irresponsible and unaware to wear a mask, and evidently McDonald's management could care less about the health and safety of their customers. On the other had the girl at the first drive through window was wearing a mask and seemed very considerate. read more

We only eat here when passing through to the cottage but have had nothing but great experiences. The employees are friendly and food is always super fresh compared to anywhere near home. Thanks for making our road trip food awesome! read more

I've stopped here 100 times at least. No complaints until today. While I applaud the people who actually choose to work when so many people prefer to draw unemployment even though they are able-bodied and have plenty of job opportunities, I urge the McDonald's team here to make the most of their work and try harder to do a good job. This morning, the morning crew decided they were perfectly in their right to ignore 4 cars waiting in the drive thru line at 6:45am - despite honking horns and even vehicles pulling around to wave at the employees inside (who pretended like we weren't there and wouldn't come to the windows or even look at us!!!) When I called and asked why they were ignoring their customers, the young woman who answered said "we don't open until 7." As if it would kill them to be courteous and let people know or walk out to the drive thru and post a sign with the unusual hours of operation right on the drive-thru speaker. C'mon people! Use your heads and try a little harder please. Also, The website says you open at 5am! read more

Worst coffee I ever had at a McDonald's! I'm very disappointed and surprised I've been to all kinds of McDonald's stores all over the state of Michigan and even the country and they have excellent coffee pretty much consistently everywhere but not in Rose City I ordered a large decaf coffee which I was given with grounds in it severely and had to return it my husband purchased a caramel latte and it tasted like water when I finally got add decaf coffee without grounds in it it also was just like water it was like colored water I added my own cream which turned it white and I couldn't drink it and had to throw it away because it was that bad. The employees were extraordinarily pleasant and accommodating which is the only thing they have going for it. read more

I messed up trying to use my free coffee coupon on my app, pull it up wrong he went ahead and gave me the free coffee anyways! I will always stop at this McDonald's! :-) read more

It never seems to fail Everytime I order fr here I never get the correct order. Asked for a go gurt in two kids meals. Got apple slices. Can't eat them so it was a bust. Purchased a 20 piece last week they just gave me a 10 piece. The good news is at least the employees are very nice. read more

Ok, I understand this is McDonald's and not a 4 star restaurant but this was bad even for fast food! The place was clean and the food was fine but the customer service was non existent! We had a large order and there was a mix up with the ice coffees, it was on my families end not the staff. I apologised for the confusion and politely asked for the correct coffee. The young blonde with glasses (her name started with a D I think) gave me a thousand yard stare & asked whoever was working DT to make it (the girl in DT was clearly busy) .When she finally realized she had to DO HER JOB, heaven forbid, she moved like a snail and gave me the bottom of the barrel coffee. Did I mention this girl looks like she would rather saw off her own foot than be there? Anyways, I took the coffee and drank it. Later my sister discovered her ice coffee wasn't sweet enough and asked the same girl to add a few pumps of syrup. She added ONE and gave my sister the same attitude she gave me. Also, I witnessed a supervisor arguing with DT girl loudly and you could clearly see the lack of urgency and team work. The only person I was impressed with was the nice lady at the register . She smiled, was patient, and apologised for the mix up. I'm sorry she has to work with such a mediocre team. These teenagers need to be performance managed out. read more
