I always stop y this location if am seeing my doctor, not the best location to be honest and some things I notice here need to improve a lot. K let's start with the ugly. Half the time I come here the tables, bathroom, and some parts of the dining room is dirty. Plus it doesn't help when homeless people grab other people's food without permission and just make a mess. I know it's a tough job to clean after people that leave a mess but it's hard to eat if someone just takes my food and makes a mess that forces the workers or management to fix. Other than that I never have a problem getting my order or have issues with the employees. Most of the workers are very friendly and quite understanding all the times I been here. They don't have to give free food or replace a happy meal for me because someone took my food or grab the wrong order. Mostly order eat in here or to go, but if the place is clean and not busy I spend extra time doing my work and eat my 10pc chicken nugget meal. I haven't tried drive thru or uber yet, but I never had to wait more than 10 minutes for my chicken sandwich value meal and 2 small fries. Still not a total waste of time and this mcdonald's location has its downs but the ups are mostly good that makes it worth my time and money. Anyone craving fast food or just hungry give this location a try and see how it goes from there. read more

I had two mobile orders for a happy meal and mccicken when I got to the window for my receipts the lady at first window ignored me and it wasn't no better at the second. The man then tried to make me pay 86 cents for the happy meal box and when we took to long he just told us nevermind and put all my food into one box with the happy meal top still open. Didn't even hand me my drink and walked away, it was then another lady came to help and he told her something but I wasn't able to hear and she told him he forgot the drink so he waved his hand as if he was dismissing us. Been a while since I been here and McDonald's is McDonald's. You can't beat that. What really disappointed me was that you can now only get 1 sauce per order. I'm not sure if this is true of all locations since the Big Mac sauce came out which I use to always ask for on the side and it was UNLIMITED. With all the time I have between tasks all over S.F. McDonalds is a great option for a quick breakfast!! The number one, you know, the Egg McMuffin. Throw the hash brown in that sandwich and you can eat the whole breakfast on handed! Or thrown down some ketchup and eat the hash brown with the free hand! I ordered two chicken McGriddles and it felt like the McGriddle was expired. The buns were hard, almost like it had been left out for 2 days and they just gave me an expired McGriddle. This McDonalds hasn't been open to walk-ins for a long-time... and it's the end of June 2021! Therefore only the drive-through is open. The even crews are awesome. However the morning crew leaves much to be desired. The person taking the drive-through orders can barely understand or speak English. Same with the shift leader, when she comes to the pay window, to straighten-out the screwed-up orders. The morning crew also does NOT know how to display your order on the video menu bored... I got my order from it for eats in a sealed bag so it's not on them and it's missing the other half of my order one entire meal!! Shockingly they don't answer the phone and Uber doesn't respond back to you in any time! I'm now down at the diner down the street which totally defeated the purpose of me being able to have breakfast in bed this morning!! Half the time the soda fountain is broken, it is the most expensive McDonald's I have ever been too, the customers in the dining room are loud, and some obnoxious. They have now updated there building and it looks very nice and all. However you are FORCED to order at the new kiosk which is very annoying. Especially if you plan on paying with cash. You still have to go to the normal register after you finally get your order done at the kiosk to pay with cash. Very frustrating process. Just go through the drive through it is way less of a headache. Oh and by the way they always get my iced coffee wrong when I order through the kiosk as well. So my cousin updated her Facebook status the other day that said something along the lines of "If I see another McCafe commercial I will go absolutely ape$hit". (I swear she doesn't know about my Yelp account, but me $o proud of her for knowing how to use the dolla sign! Holla back at ya gurl!) Last December during my trip to Taiwan, I saw McCafe's all over. Not just a brand, but a series of Denny's type casual sit down cafe's with relaxed surroundings for people to hang out, surf the WIFI during any time of the day. The McCafe's in the heart of downtown Taipei and near Shih Lin are open 24 hours, and of course offering their signature coffee drinks to compete with the likes of Ikari, Dante's, Starbucks (to name a few). I've tried Starbucks and Dante's in Taipei and although not super strong coffee, was at the very least fragrant and acceptable for local standards. So I wonder, now that the McCafe "brand" is finally invading the USA, and with a new lineup of espresso ladened drinks, how would it fare? Well for starters, not every McD's has a McCafe (physical restaurant). But the McCafe is actually the McSpresso drink line. So I try the McIcedMocha.
