Not happy. Ordered £24 worth of food last night, half of it missing and the rest cold. Spent over an hour trying to get through to the restaurant and the driver to be told they couldn't do anything stressed out for the whole night. Walked all the way down to the restaurant in the pooring rain with the cold food that we did get. One nice gentleman said he would remake the food for us which is the least they could do for the trouble and loss of money. However, Morgan a lady working in the back refused yet she had no clue what we had gone through all evening. Not acceptable. Ruined our evening. Hungry and money lost. Never ever bothering with this maccies or any maccies again. Enjoy my money. And don't trust uber drivers looks like they're stealing food. read more
