I'd always wanted to stop at the food carts all those times I passed through Sandy...but was in too big of a hurry. Because it was pouring down rain, a only a 2-3 carts were open. I can only have gluten free foods due to allergies, so that made my options even more limited. Thankfully, this food cart had cheesesteak fries! I had them add their grilled pickled jalapeños to them as well. It. Was. Fire! Such a huge portion. They were beyond piping hot. So, it was perfect for a cold rainy day. It hit the spot and beyond.
