The food is not bad and a little pricey but you have to take into account the time it takes to cook slow cooked meats so there moist and soft to eat. My meal was nice but the only gripe I have is that it came in a plastic basket and the paper under the burger stuck to the bun once wetted by the juices. The serviettes were thinner than one ply toilet paper and were a waste of time unless you used 5 at a time. All in all I would return especially for the coffee.

Any we shifted to another table as my mate gets a bit pedantic about that sort of thing. So we ordered some coffee which wasn't bad and perused the menu. There wasn't a lot to offer I thought for lunch. Being a couple of share platters five mains and six tapas style plates. A little disappointing really. We both ordered the chicken burger and it was nice the brioche bun I'm not really a fan of but it was a simple burger really. It came with a serve of chips and these were nice and crunchy. Overall I think once they find their feet and the staff are comfortable and competent. And if they expanded the menu a small amount or made all day breakfast available then this would give a few more options to choose from. Although not expensive and really just the same price as most places they need to life to get a good customer base as there are some excellent Cafe's near that serve better coffee and food with a lot more options to choose from only a block away. Having said that I would return with my partner to see if they had improved and give them another chance.
