The dirtiest McDonald's I've seen. Instead of mopping the floor that has nasty muddy water by the soft drink stand, they put a "wet floor" sign there. In the Men's bathroom they did the same thing. Just visited this McDonald's and by far one of the worst. Bathroom was filthy! All soda tasted like carbonation or dirty lines and a picket! Tried to get a customer service reps attention but they were too busy talking about if they had been 42 minutes late what would have happened! SMH! Another guest had to ask for someone to come out and clean a table, we were the only two guests there! UNSAT! Fries were soggy but at least they didn't taste like they were fried in dirty oil! (Yay!) This is the worst McDonald's that I have ever been to in my whole entire life! We waited at least 50 minutes for our food and when we went up to them and confronted them about they just said sorry and took them another additional 10 minutes to get the order together that we had to wait for. Then once we got our food it was cold basically freezing and soggy. There was stuff all over the floor and little things on the floor. They should have gave us a refund after how long we had to wait. Some people even walked out, even after the fact that they have paid because they were so upset. One man even went up and confronted the workers about how people after him that ordered got their food before him and the worker said that she couldn't have done everything about it. I've never worked in fast food but I'm pretty sure your suppose to give the people their food in chronological order. It was outrageous. I do not suggest this McDonald's at all. For years I've believed that Edmond, OK was home to the worst McDonalds known to man, but yesterday I was proven wrong. From the filth of this location, including the white porcelain sinks in the bathroom which are medium gray with grime, to the attitude of every employee I came in contact with, as if they're put out by you even walking up to the counter to place your order, to the complete lack of even one 'have a nice day' or 'thank you, please come back,' and the cold nasty fries and burgers, this place takes the cake as the worst, and most disgusting, McDonalds store I've ever experienced. I generally like to stop at McDonald's restaurants for their excellent coffee. This particular McDonalds shares a building with a convenience store and the bathrooms are shared between the two stores. I've stopped to go inside this establishment several times. The bathrooms are consistently dirty and disgusting. And I thought about posting photos but then decided otherwise. The employees seem poorly trained and unorganized.I don't recommend the McDonald's or the convenience store. read more

I just had the worst food of my life. I didn't think I would ever encounter a big mac worse than what is now the second worst big mac I've ever had. The service was fast I'm assuming because this sandwich was made a couple days ago. Seriously. Hard bread, dark dried out cheese, cold meat and "special sauce" that had begun to dry up and turn colors. The drink machine delivered 50% water before deciding to put a bit of Dr. Pepper syrup in the cup. Swear by everything holy; the woman behind the register asked for my name and wheI told her "Brent" she slid the receipt across the counter with a pen and said "would you write that across the top for me?" Let start by saying that I'm a motorcyclist traveling through the country and when it comes to fueling my body with food, McDonalds is the last option on the list. Despite this, I was able to fill my belly with some tasty cheeseburgers and that sweet sugary sweet tea. The tables were clean, the floor was swept, and the condiments were within reach. Also, the trash was taken out, never to full, and the fountain drink area was well kept. All together, I was very happy with cleanliness of this particular McDonalds. In addition, the staff did take some getting used to. I wasn't sure if it was the norm for employees to yell across their food working machines, I noticed every call out seemed more important then it really should be. For example: "hurry, make those fires" or "we can't be doing this that slow", all in an accent that is unique to the area. Now this isn't a complaint, in fact the staff here communicated so well I was wondering why other establishments don't do the same. In conclusion, this McDonald's went above and beyond and it's located basically in the middle of nowhere, good fast food places do exist, you just have to find them. Thank you read more

Went in today specifically to order the new Minute Maid cherry limeade. Added it to a meal and asked for a large size and ordered an additional one medium sized. The girl behind the counter made to mediums so I asked for the large size. She took it from me and put it in the trash, she started making a large as other people began waiting in line and 7mins had passed she told someone next to the machine needed ice and something else, I continued waiting about 3mins later she handing me a large cup about 3/4 of the way full. At this point it's had been about 15mins to get a drink and I was about to loose my cool. I went outside and said something to my husband, he took the drink back in and asked for what he had paid for, what appeared to be the manager on duty took the cup from him and started saying that would have to go to the back and get supplies and such because the machine was out and seemed so put out because of it. She went off to get what she needed all the while mumbling under her breath. When she came back to the counter to start the drink someone announced that someone had ordered a frozen coffee, she yell back "well, they are gonna have to wait because I am making this guys slushy!" The behavior and treatment was so rude that other patrons followed us to the car saying they could believe how calm we stayed. I forgot to mention that when walked in to first order, the girl at the drive thru window announced to everyone that is one more person yelled at her she was going to loose her f'ing (she used the full word)mind! Ditto, this is a good McDonalds, but I really love the attached Fiesta Convenience Store, which doesn't show up on Yelp. Coffee is always hot, restrooms are clean. Gas pumps ae new, doesn't insult by asking if you want a receipt. Clean windshield washers, gas is very reasonable. We stop here coming up and going back! read more

Ok... so McDonalds is never the fanciest of places and I don't expect to put high expectations but I have been to some really great locations... this one is in a gas station and so busy that the staff looked like they weren't able to handle it. Shouting orders right in front of people trying to order and seeing several wrong orders in the 20 min I was there seemed like it was commonplace. If you are reading a YELP REVIEW on McDonalds, it means you just trying to get something quick and this location is definitely not the place for that. This was a nasty place. The restrooms had toilet issue and other items all over the floor of all the women's stalls. There was no soap in either dispenser. An employee went in and out of the restroom carrying a broom but she definitely did nothing to clean it. My husband said the men's restroom was equally disgusting as the urinal was all brown in the bottom from not being cleaned. This MCDonald's is attached to the Fiesta Mart. Take my advice and keep driving a few miles down the road! read more
