There is a small section of onsite parking just behind the stand. It wasn't a busy night when we went but I could imagine just how quickly a Christmas style parking lot traffic jam could erupt. Do yourself a favour and park down Frances Street, it'll only be a minutes walk tops. Ordering is quick and the menu is simple. Nine different burgers, pictures in front along with ingredients list. The wife and I went with a Cheesy Jeezy and a Signature Chubby, both as a combo - can of soft drink and chips. Wait time wasn't long at all. We didn't plan on eating there as the seating is right next to Parramatta Road - this being said, it wasn't nearly as loud as I thought it was going to be. Great value for money. Both of our combos were only $12 each! They were very generous with chip portions, only issue was that their chips were bland even with chicken salt. We couldn't eat them. I have no idea where they sourced their potatoes from but they need a better supplier. The burgers were okay. While I was eating it I didn't notice the beef pattie, it was certainly there but there was no outstanding flavour or texture. Their special sauce was enjoyable, but other than that there wasn't any "oh my gosh" moments. These guys have a lot of potential. I hope that they can beef up their beef and really establish themselves in as Burger Bros.

Also I would not recommend using the car park, as people were parking all over the place and blocking the exit. There are two side streets nearby

While the place is connected to Rhodes Shopping Centre you enter from the street. The place has a cool urban industrial look. It's a little out there and I like it. A row of meat grinders dividing tables. A graffiti artwork of children doing a graffiti artwork. Caged meat grinders. The tables and chairs are wooden with metal frameworks and supports. There is also outside seating. You order and pay at the counter. Each table has a number which you're supposed to remember for when you order. I guess so many people didn't know they were supposed to remember their table number so now you're given a number after ordering. So we sat at table 3 but were given number 47 to take back to the table. Whatever works. The burgers came out in good time along with our fries. The burgers are a decent size so I only ordered a small fries to share between two. I didn't think about ordering sauce and by the time we started eating I didn't care enough to go up and ask for some. Plus if I had to pay for it it would have been awkward and I didn't want to go through all that. The fries was nice and crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside. Not too fat nor too thin. Fresh and very hot. It was salted but only slightly, needed a little more to make it perfect. Sauce would have resolved this problem. But again I was being lazy. The double cheeseburgers we're pretty darn good. Meat was cooked nicely. Not too greasy. The acidity of the onion paired well with the saltiness of the melted cheese. It was an awesome burger. There was a slight problem but I don't want it to negatively taint the restaurant in any way possible. We had a great night and a great meal, but I always ask myself in the event of something not quite right happening at a restaurant "What would Gordon Ramsay do?" My burger had a strip of wax paper stuck to the bottom of the bun. If I hadn't cut my burger up I might have eaten it unwittingly. I made sure I told the chef, it wasn't to complain but just as a way for them to know so it doesn't happen again. We'd finished our meals by that point. I made sure to tell them how much I still enjoyed the burger and we left. One of the staff called us back in so he could comp us the burger. I told him that he didn't need to do that as we still had a great meal but he insisted. I thought this was extremely decent of them. Would I come back here again? Indeed, I would. The staff are very nice and the food is very enjoyable, with or without wax paper.

The chips were crunchy and thick (just the way I like) My issue was as I was eating the burger was too saucy, (never thought I'd ever complain about too much sauce!) but it just got everywhere! I'll have to come back and try the ribs!
