I hate seeing the wonderful photographs of Big Macs etc but when you get them from over the counter they are just soggy, aged, buns. For a long time I have never had such a freshly cooked burger with great service. Nicely cleaned area which is necessary in this coronavirus era. Pre-order screens were being wiped down regularly. Such slow service waiting 30 mins for just a cheeseburger, so understaffed and badly run

Poor service, server mocked and judged my order size making me feel very self conscious and upset.
