Lobby was filthy - every table sticky and wet. No lids, napkins or straws stocked. Waited over 20 minutes for our order that was supposed to be delivered to table. Asked at counter and they never even started it. Finally got food almost 30 minutes after ordering and then a worker announced that the lobby was closed and we need to leave within 15 minutes. Worst visit ever, 18 minutes for fries, I finally came inside and there was only 2 other customers, I still waited they gave me my drink, no one ice cube in it ...it was totally watered down, then I waited some more, I saw the bag sitting on the counter with my food ...who wants food that's been sitting for 18 minutes, then there was no apology just a receipt with an undefined website for me to complain to, worst experience ever at a McDonald's... The only benefit is that I am a high school teacher and so I will use this in all my classes with my 156 students to earn them about this place! 2 out of 5 stars, I can see why. read more

I placed an order online at around 10:30pm not knowing that their inside closed at 10 and I do not drive so I went to go pick up the order and the door was locked. 3 girls still inside serving drive thru orders and they start laughing at me knowing that I'm trying to pick up an order and can't walk in. I walk around to the drive thru where the rude girls talk to me like I'm a child or special needs which was infuriating. A short tan girl with facial piercings proceeds to walk up, mind you she's about 10+ years younger than me, tells me to "fix your fucking attitude, what the fuck do you want?" This a nice McDonald's, building is modern and clean. There was a long line at the drive through but we came inside and there was only one person ahead of us. The staff was friendly and our food came out in a few minutes. The food was fine, hashbrowns and coffees were scalding hot and our sandwiches were pretty warm too. Bathrooms were very clean too. I guess this restaurant or whoever was preparing the orders for the drive-thru thought it would be funny to switch out my food for pickles. Taking the "fast" out of fast food... THE UP-SIDE: Once in a while, we all eat at McDonalds. This one happens to be very clean and nearly "nice" on the inside. However... THE DOWN-SIDE: I've gone to this location several times over the past two years. Each time, I went through the drive-through and had to endure a wait of over 10 minutes. I literally waited 15 minutes in line on two different ocassions. So, just today when I visited, I thought, "Hmm. I'll be smart this time. I'll go inside to beat the line drive-through line wrapping around the building." Well, I should have known better. Inside, the line snaked to the door; just two feet from where I entered the restaurant. They had one woman on the register and she was moving at a snail's pace. I waited for a full 10 minutes - yes, I'm an idiot - and still hadn't even gotten to place my order. In fact, there were still five people in front of me! Frustrated and hating myself for giving this place yet another shot, I left without food and vowed NEVER TO RETURN. THE SUM-IT-UP: I really don't like McDonalds that much, but I do think that they seem pretty well-run overall. However, this particular location is an anomoly. It's just downright horrid in it's customer service and nobody - I mean nobody - should ever stop here for "fast" food. This place is terrible. read more

This restaurant is not that big but I mean sometimes you just can't help size because it does matter! The food is a little too fast. Buy I mean I can't help it. The fries are fanfrickentastic like it's almost like they're made out of potatoes or something!!! The music's a little too quiet so I can't party while I eat but still it's very nice in there sometimes! The bathrooms have too little toilets like sometimes I need to hit it and there's just too many people in there. This is a very slow and disorganized restaurant. The wait times are often long and I regularly have to pull over because they don't have food ready. Be sure to carefully go through your order once you receive it, I've received wrong or incomplete orders many times. We also noticed very salty hamburger patties a couple times. Unless you're desperate for some McDonalds go elsewhere. On the other hand; if you're trying to kick your Micky Dee's habit the experience you'll routinely receive at this restaurant may help you do it. The only reason I'm not giving them a one star review is because I know I will probably eat there again - it's the only McDonalds option near my home. read more

I only get coffee and an occasional breakfast sandwich when I go to the Golden Arches,simple and easy. I no longer even think of this place as a breakfast option because the food and service are so bad. I've gotten coffee that tasted like it was laced with cleaning fluid multiple times and sandwiches missing the meat and/or the eggs they were ordered with. The people who work here are also incompetent,make sure to count your change and be prepared to wait,or asked to park and wait for a McMuffin and a coffee. I have to start by saying this was the prettiest McDonald's® I have seen. I like the deep tones on the walls, and unfortunately I am not a photographer but the booth was at an angle that was really comfortable. I had never heard of a quarter- pounder-deluxe. I know for a fact the calories are at zero when you add lettuce and tomatoes LOLOL! Now here is the hard part, I like to give good reviews but there are two complaints about this establishment. We were on a road trip so we followed the signs on the highway indicating there was a McDonald's® at the next exit, there was another sign with an arrow indicating to turn left as we exited the freeway. But (and I could have missed it) there was no indication after that. You have to turn onto another street to get to them. I believe if they had the high yellow arches in the sky, they would be easier to spot. We drove about 1/2 mile straight, then we did a U-turn and saw this particular McDonald's® on the way back to the freeway. The second was the amount of time I saw customers wait for their food. We got ours pretty fast though. I have to say I think the clerk was in training. But there was no trainer so I'm not sure what the problem was. read more

My husband and I came in today. We were the only customers there. My husband ordered while I went to the restroom and when I was finished I came out to find my husband barely ordering since they did not help him right away. I don't get it, they had about 5 employees working and none helped him while he was waiting at the counter. Once we started eating we could hear the employees conversations and see what they were doing. One, who looked like a manager mentioned that she was so bored, yet drive thru orders were falling behind. Then she goes on to take "selfies" of herself and another co worker. It's hard to imagine a McDonald's being worse. My 3rd attempt to go there and after 20 minutes in line I left. No idea why but it is the slowest McDonald's I've ever been to. Not worth the effort. Okie dokie...the people here are not aware of what "vegan" or "animal products" mean/are. Asked if they had anything BESIDES salads, and the individual started reading salads to me....okay, anything else? Ice cream? No. Mozzarella sticks? Pies... Cookies. Okay, so no food? Like a meal? I think we have hashbrowns...okay, I'll go with a salad. I ended up ordering a south west salad, NO CHEESE. what did I get? A salad with ONLY cheese. As I waited to talk to the manager, the person before me was informing them of all the issues with their order- while waiting for my "complex" order to be done, the person who ordered after me also had to get their food fixed. This seems short- but was actually about 14 minutes. Enough time to talk to BOTH parties about our issues. The manager on duty (Caucasian American female, heavy set, brown curly hair a bit past the shoulder) was very courteous. She referred to today as "babysitting" as she tries to fix everything, and I notice they have a sign EVERY Thursday they are interviewing people. I don't think this business wants to fail, or have these issues, but the management is doing the best they can with their resources. I'm giving two stars because of these factors, and think this place will improve as long as management continues to develop their team. read more

To top it off all the fast food places have raised their prices. $6 for a combo meal - common. A cold one at that. They won't refund your money. This is the worst McDonalds on this side of town! I have also never had a drive thru order that was correct. The french fries are the worst at this location also. They are always brown and greasy. One time I complained about the brown, limp fries and the manager said that there was nothing wrong with them and they were fresh. Even though they built a new building here the service has not changed. The double drive thru lanes are a disaster on busy days. Save yourself the grief and go to the McDonalds in North Olmsted instead. read more
