The table they mest up our food with was a white lady who turned Karen mode and was being very loud when she saw that her food was mest up yet at the end still agreed to eat it. That was very rude of her. I felt so bad for the lady helping them out but she handled that very well so cudos to her. There is room for improvement such as wait times and handing out orders accordingly. I wish I can say I'd give you guys another try because I'm sure it was just a bad experience on our end however I am only in ohio for a week and live all the way on the other side of the U.S. I hope you guys can take this review as room for improvement and not me trying to be mean so that you can continue to give great service and improve future customers experience.
