The director, Ms. Kim, was nice on the phone. I got my husband and my son and we went up to see the school. I knew this was the one when it was time to go my two year old son did not want to leave. He wanted to play with the toys and other children in the daycare. He had always been in a home care program and was the only child. We decided it was time for him to start making friends, especially since he was the only full time kid in of household. We made a great decision. My son wakes up every morning wanting to go to school to see his friends and names them along with his teacher. He comes home knowing new material often, which I love. He's doing so well for his young age. Plus, they supply three meals per day and they're homemade. There is a kitchen on the premises. They also have nap time and go outside when the weather permits. Plus a snack as they leave for the day.

When I just paid his registration fee and his spot for Monday. Now she's saying the family that said they were leaving is not leaving anymore. Instead of forcing the family that said they would leave out. Now my son is currently out of a daycare starting Monday morning because his current daycare has a family lined up to take my sons place and they won't allow him to stay longer. This is SICK. I asked the lady who is the director she said she will speak to her and give me a call back I asked again what's the director name she stuttered and told me Mrs. Margie and didn't want to give me a number for her to reach her at. She then kept apologizing and speaking over me when I went on to tell her how her mistake really ruined my new job experience and my sons learning experience. This is really BAD! I now do not trust these ppl and I see why they have BAD REVIEWS!!!!

When visiting Children's Courtyard, I immediately felt that love. They embraced my twins with love, attention and care. They hire teenagers and pay them $7.25 instead of getting qualified teachers. The staff has complained about management. I have seen several teachers come and go and that was a read flag. All breakfast are cold breakfast (cereal, muffin) same thing everyday. All lunches come from a can. Nothing is fresh in this school! One great teacher there and she knows who she is! I would not recommend this daycare.
