I have struggled with so much during my time studying and have asked for a helping hand in numerous occasions and they tell me to drop out and say I won't succeed. Also don't attend if you are pregnant because they will continue to pressure you to do things that you have been instructed are not safe during pregnancy (by your own dr). I have basically been instructed that I have to terminate in order to graduate otherwise it is best I drop out of my studies if I wish to be a mother.

I took a 1 year course at Griffith in the Business school. The first thing was to attend to a meet and greet evening which was quite nice because you got to meet all the lecturers and students that you were going to be doing the course with. It also felt like that gave the whole experience a more personal touch. It was also a chance to be shown around the enormous campus with its many computer labs and library that has just been renovated. I had a great year over all at Griffith and found that the courses were fun and the lecturers did an amazing job and everything was quite up to date with current affairs and trends and I felt like it has set me up with the skills that I set out to acquire from the business school. I was also pleased to find out that Griffith University was rated in the top 10 of Australian research institutes. It wasn't hard to learn where everything was on the campus and I was glad to find the bar that had some great student nights. I would recommend Griffith University to anyone who wants to further their education. There are open nights during the year that will better explain all the courses that are provided and at what campus they will be held. Its also a chance for people to check out the place for themselves and meet people who went there and are teaching there.

They have since started a Prep year so you can essentially have your son in here from 5 years of age. A term will set you back a hefty $7000-$8000 depending on the school, but the quality of education is first class. They even have a IB (International Baccalaureate) program for the high school which means your son can apply to colleges and universities all over the world, as it's internationally recognised. It's also part of the elite group of schools around Brisbane including the prestigious Brisbane Grammar School and St Peters. If you can afford to send your son here, it's well worth your price.

Being an all girl Catholic day and boarding school has its perks, for parents looking for prospective places to enrol your child for years 8-12 this is a good one, the prices are a bit steep a term, in 2012 you're looking at about $3000 a term and just over $4000 to have your child board as well, the food, the values and the school life is one that has built many memories for me both good and bad. If you're getting married, they have a chapel with a massive stained glass window, many old Stuartholme girls always head that way to be married as it's huge and beautiful and looks awesome in the wedding photos. Built on top of what is known as education hill, QUT Kelvin Grove is home to the study areas of Creative Industry, Education, and Health. The campus is ultra modern in look and has a couple of awards under its belt. It has plenty of facilities some include, a bar, library, pools, parking, 24 hour Internet lounges, a theatre, multimedia video and music recording facilities. The campus has been designed around the principles of the urban village. From the top of the hill to the bottom students, business professionals, innovative institutes, cafés, parks and restaurants coexist side by side. There is range of quality eateries and shops, business is completely dictated by the university semester though. As an education facility, the lecturers and spaces for learning are of the highest standard and students who attend QUT are well looked after. There is also affordable student accommodation for those who need it.
