I spent 4 years in the Marine Corps, and for 4 years I worked out and grappled and practiced martial arts every day. So I can tell you that Tim's fitness class is no joke. His Martial Arts program is excellent as well and he will give you the tools you need to take care of yourself, man, woman, or child. So if your serious about staying fit, loosing weight, or learning Martial arts then there is no one else I would reccomend in the area.

I was a little nervous to go at first, but that soon went away as I saw how friendly, knowledgeable, and fun the instructors were. They also teach all different kinds of people, men and women, young and old, beginner to advanced, and cater the class to your experience level while also pushing you. As someone who just started taking class there as a beginner, I felt like I was getting a good amount of 1:1 time to learn the moves and then was given space to practice the moves on my own.
