The area where the repair was done required pulling back a large area of carpet in two separate areas, which met at a seam in the doorway. Clay's team showed me why this repair could result in a less than perfect end result, but I told them to proceed. In the end, the loose area of flooring was repaired and the carpet was stretched back such that we could not tell it had even been pulled up. After several very close lightning strikes I noticed 2 ceiling lights blinking on and off and was concerned that my my attic may have been hit and have a short. Mark checked everything out and found no problem in the attic. Turns out the the light bulbs just needed to be replaced. I provided the light bulbs. Problem solved. Since he had no costs on his part involved he said I owed him nothing, plus he just lived 3 minutes from me. Seriously, who does that? An honest man -- that's who.
