These are all things I would not be shocked by with a shady subcontractor, however the most appalling thing was the fact he stole my grandfathers and my fathers rings. Some of which are priceless to my father but worth virtually nothing in a pawn shop. We will be pursuing formal theft charges as well exploitation of the elderly. This guy is a scam and he is NOT to be trusted.
