History
Established in 2013.
McHugh Hire is a 100% Canberra owned DIY spit roast and party hire business born as Canberra Spit Hire in January 2007.
In January 2013, Canberra Spit Hire was expanded to Canberra Spits & Party Hire to accomodate the now huge and diverse array of equipment the business now offers for hire. CSPH has rapidly become Canberra and Queanbeyan's first call for hire.
Fast forward to 2018 and we had again expanded our inventory, this time to include more electrical, tools, machinery, trailers and services. So a more broad business name was required to reflect the vast range of equipment and family nature of our business, so McHugh Hire was chosen.
McHugh Hire is more than just a party hire company, we strive to make sure every customer is confident they have everything they need for their special event and work hard to guarantee every customer is raving about our service afterwards.
McHugh Hire is equally at home customising packages for any events.
Meet the Business Owner: Jordo M.
Jordo has 14 years experience in event planning organising national conferences, exhibitions and many other special corporate events.
He was in the 2000's General Manager for the Australian Hotels Association ACT Branch and is also a qualified master butcher, running his own butcher shop for 8 years.
The two very different careers seem to make sense being the proud owner of McHugh Hire
