Jacquie Reed is not only an excellent florist but one of the loveliest people you could meet. I honestly cannot praise her enough for her skill, thoughtfulness and determination to make everything perfect for us. From the first phone call I had with her months before the wedding, right through to the wedding day itself, she could not have been more helpful and patient as I went back and forth over different flower choices and arrangement ideas. She gave us excellent advice at every stage, and was a complete pleasure to work with, being very willing to be flexible and adapt herself to my limited availability (I was based in Cambridgeshire and could only travel up to Scotland sporadically). She was upfront about prices and tried to get us the best deals possible, which we massively appreciated. On the wedding day itself, she offered to help move the altar flowers and pedestal from the chapel to the reception venue, and had managed to find and buy for us the exact table centrepiece holders we had envisioned. All in all what I valued most, and what you will certainly get if you work with Jacquie, is great skill as well as genuine personal interest and care. I will definitely be recommending Jacquie to every friend in Fife who ever needs a florist!

I was also out at the time of delivery, however rather than take them away, The Bloom Room delivery team were innovated and left them in a safe place for me to discover. Shame, because the plant selection looks good and there is an extensive shop / restaurant. Also hard to push a trolley with toddler around because of narrow lanes and lots of watering hoses lying around. Have not had this problem in other garden centres.

I've been many time to their other shop in Callander but this was my first visit here. It's larger than the other store so has a bigger selection and there's always very unique pieces. I do find some a little expensive though hence the 4 star:) I paid 9.99 for my bird of paradise but it's a one off piece that will set my tree off perfectly
