I am not out $826.96 to repair the 4 ugly holes in the front bumper of a brand new vehicle that they installed the front bumper license plate bracket on. Although the New Car Sales Manager (Manager, not just a salesperson) told me (I have the texts and voicemails saved and archived) he would authorize payment to repair and tell me where to take it, he called today to say the Business Manager would not honor his word! Worst dealership and example of dishonesty, lack of integrity, and POOR customer service I have ever experienced buying a new vehicle (I have purchased 16)!
