Meghan helped me buy my house. I lived 4 hours away so she was going to do the final walk through. Everything was supposedly fine. It wasn't. The previous owner left Everything outside. Think junkyard. Meghan had assured me it would be removed. Now 8 months later I'm being sued by the previous owner for 40,000 for the junk he left behind.
