Zero integrity but I guess what does one expect from a company that got it's start hawking used cars. You can get an occasional bargain here but those times are rare. Firstly they are layering 2 extra charges on your bill that can be hard to calculate in the heat of a dynamic , fast paced auction. Then , apparently, you have to pay taxes on these charges as well as your goods. Then you get home, and the stuff is either damaged, or used without being identified as such. So you drive all the way back, wasting time and gas only to have someone argue with you that "It's all used" or "read the fine print" , "it's all as is" or putting photos they lifted off the internet as the main photo instead of the actual item. This is an absolutely terrible business. The customer service is horrible and the policies are ridiculous. I was blindly charged $50 worth of shipping for a $70 item. They also charged me handling fees TWICE. They charge shipping out of nowhere and, upon request, fail to provide an invoice or any other form of evidence for the shipment. I never received the item and they have done nothing to resolve the issue. read more

I have recently been unfairly, immorally and unethically treated by this company. I fell into the trap of purchasing a skid of garbage, which was covered by their fine print, which states that they make no effort to inspect nor guarantee the merchandise. With that in mind, numerous items were missing entirely, numerous items were damaged beyond use or resale, and countless items were presented to all unsuspecting buyers with grossly overinflated MSRP values. I've been absolutely had. I'm embarrassed by it, but I want everyone to know about it just the same. And I've learned a lot in the process. Despite my efforts to ask them to make things right, they refused, citing their infamous fine print. It's important to me that potential customers know about my situation. These are not reputable people. Do not fall for the final sale Amazon return pallets. You'll be super disappointed. read more

Not sure who the other people are complaining, but they always give you expiry dates, you know what you are getting. Representation of products is good and fair pricing on auction items. Bought our first vehicle at auction about 2 months ago from McKenzie Associated Auctioneers. My best advice is to run, not walk, from this company before you have a lemon vehicle that is nothing but repairs and money. They contacted us a week after the sale to say that there were concerns to them about the seller - basically they told us we were being ripped off. Did they offer to return the car? Nope. Did they explain what kind of sleezy transaction had occurred and help us get out of it. Nope. They are pretty good at talking a good story but will not be there to make it right. We have now spent more on repairs than we did on the vehicle itself. No integrity these guys so you might want to get your vehicles elsewhere. Buyer beware! read more

this place will pass off burnt broken products and past date foods and claim they dont inspect well when you take a item out of a box and take pictures you have technically inspected it so theres that and if you have a problem they will argue the point that you should have known and get real ugly .They are like many other auctions on the Hibid train that will watch your bids and bump you up until they hit your max bid .I did back end work for a company that used Hibid and its such a made for profit program they can see if your logged in and place floor bods thru the auction menu .if they dont sel it the product will go back into another auction .More junk then anything I complained and now Im banned from their auction and their fb page read more
