I found myself in dire straits when I discovered my Septic system was malfunctioning on Christmas Eve. I called the emergency service lines for most of the major outfits that service the Brockville/Smith Falls corridor. I explained that I had a houseful of relatives coming to celebrate the first Christmas in my new home (an older farmhouse north of Brockville) I felt desperate and despair when I realized I had to cancel Christmas as I had no working toilets, sink or showers. Most of the services stated they could not send anyone for several days. Later that afternoon got a call back from Sheldon Pilatzke, who patiently listened to my situation and started to help me troubleshoot the situation. Needless to say.. he said, "I can't leave you like this" ... and a couple of hours later arrived with the tools needed to pinpoint the 'root' of the problem. Few months later, we decide to give them another chance, and the lady confirms the appointment time BUT when she pulls up our number, and in short they blacklisted our number and REFUSED TO WORK WITH CLIENTS WHO POST A DISSATISFIED REVIEW. I'm guessing the boss is a minor because it's indeed petulant behaviour from their part. I picked up 3 toilets from Home Depot and was going to install them myself but my wife wouldn't let me. I called a 4 plumbers to get quotes on installing new toilets. I also had an internal leak in the toilet and he quoted me $200 for that. Later I was able to fix internal leak in toilet by turning the adjustment screw. Feels like I got ripped off for the sink repair. I cannot recommend this company.
