If you have an ugly fight on your hands she IS the one you want to call. She was ready to rake my ex through the coals. In Wisconsin they are entitled to half of your retirement half your savings,half my IRA. He did not go after that. But Gayle was ready to fight for me if he did.I have to mention that communication between Gayle & I was not good I did not hear from her very much I didn't really know what was going on most of the time. I don't think it would hurt to ask a lawyer before you hire them if they have a lot of cases already going at the time. I did not ask her that and I think she had a few other cases going the same time as mine so she seemed really distracted.
