This office cleaned out my flex account last year, but problems persist. They're saying I may need to come out of pocket another 2 grand due to more gum problems (which I thought were corrected my previous visit which cost over a thousand dollars). Also, just when you think you've paid your entire bill after cleaning out my flex, these mystery charges seem to spring out of nowhere and because I got billed the next calendar year, my FSA will not accept the payment. It started out as a friendly relationship but now, they seem to approach healthcare like used car salesmen. I have already switched dentists.

I politely decline and say I wasn't prepared to pay anything out of pocket today; I'll just do a regular cleaning. They refused to do it claiming they can lose a license for not doing the recommended cleaning. So they're claiming that as a patient, I can't choose a basic routine cleaning...I'm being forced to do a much more expensive treatment or else the doctor could lose his license!? Never heard of this before in my life. So after an hour of my time wasted, I had to leave without getting any cleaning done and needless to say I will not be back.

(Never in my many decades of seeing dentists has this been a protocol) She said it was to inspect my gums. That was my first and last appointment with her and Waterview dentistry . The quality of care and customer experience has gone way down recently…read more Both my children go here so I am here frequently (monthly for 2 years +) even though we have appointments we are regularly seen 30 min late. The office staff needs more training in customer service as a few of the new staff are rude. The office is not open on weekends or after 4:30 pm, so we take time out of our busy schedules for our children. Please don't waste my time and then be rude about it! Possible solution: stop overbooking or understand the staff is not sticking to the time allotted per client & allow more time per appointment. Because making parents take time off work just to be stuck in the office for an extra 30 min every appointment is not good customer service.
