Adorable family friendly space! Love all the events they have. The little market has local products, gifts, fresh eggs- and .... ICE-CREAM!! You can buy plants outside. But we went for the ice cream this time! Butter pecan , and salted caramel for the Saturday win!

I was passing by this place and had no idea what to expect but I saw the ice cream sign and that sounded like a great idea so we stopped in. It's a very tiny little store shop where you can order your wine, snack, or ice cream they had plants outside to purchase and some gardening decorations. We were the only ones there during the hours we went, and it was relaxing to sit at the little picnic table, and then the two business dogs came out. they were so fun and lovable they truly made our visit great.

Booked our tickets online for the 6pm Christmas Hayride event!! Super excited. We arrived at 5:30pm...didn't see a like for the advanced ticket purchases. So....At 6pm the Ticket booth opened. Few lines for ticket sales and 1 line for advanced purchases. So we stood in line anyway....money wasted. I purchased online so I wouldn't have to wait in line...which everyone was wearing masks but they weren't observing 6-foot distance. (My crew was). Lots of activities for the kiddos.... Hayride - I told the tractor driver our music wasn't working ...so we sung Christmas carols the entire ride. After we got off the worker told us to get on another hayride with music. That was Cool!! The rhythm of the music paired with the Christmas light show throughout the hayride. Thanks McLaurin Farms!! The Grinch made an appearance...A social distant visit with Santa was cool...and the small barrel cars - the kids loved it!! Roasting marshmallows was the cherry on top. Epic Night!! Thanks McLaurin Farms for a night of lasting memories!!

The Christmas feeling comes to life at McLaurin Farm. The hay ride through the lights while singing Christmas song is the memories I wanted to give my kids. Seeing Santa and the Grinch (better than a mall Santa) and getting keepsakes photos was so much fun for the boy. I even got to see Ralphie from a Christmas Story in his pink bunny pj's. My wife and I sat by one of the many fire pits, drinking coco as my boys jumped in a bounce house. Raindeer petting zoo too. So much to do there besides the light.

Located on North Church Street in Greensboro.

Great lil market with a variety of items to choose from. They have outdoor decor made of cement, wood, and metal. This family owned business sells flowers, plants, veggies, and delicious watermelons. You can even stop in and get hand dipped ice cream cones. Lastly, they have vintage signs for both inside and outside display. This market is definitely worth visiting!

Veronica Foster and Behind the Scenes really dropped the ball for my sister's wedding…read more PROS: 1) The hall was decorated well 2) Veronica has a calm and peaceful demeanor CONS 1) The Bride walked down the aisle and her groom was not even standing at the altar. Veronica was suppose to let him know when he was to come into the church and never did so. Which happens, but why allow a wedding to commence if the groom is not standing at the altar and why allow the bride to walk down the aisle without her groom 2) There was suppose to be a red carpet at the church entrance for wedding guests to walk into. When we, the wedding party, arrived at the church the bride immediately noticed there was no red carpet and Veronica's response was that "the wind was blowing it away." The bride found that hard to understand being that it was a non-windy summer day. When we did see the red carpet, it wasn't a carpet at all. It was some red nylon or plastic paper that other guests informed us they saw her pull out of a Party City bag. 3) The bride was suppose to walk down the aisle on a white aisle runner. Not only did Veronica not roll out the runner, she never delegated anyone on her team to do it. The PRIEST and DEACON were trying to roll it out (that's not their job) and they couldn't figure out how to do it in time because Veronica had already allowed the bride to walk down the aisle before the runner was in place. 4) Morning of the wedding, Veronica not once came to the bridal suite to check on the bride. She never even bothered to ask what room we were in. We literally got ourselves ready and had to call her to ask what was going on and where we could find the limo to take us to the church. The first time we saw her was when we arrived at the church 5) At the wedding reception, we ran out of food because there were no servers for the buffet. People were just piling their food on and those who were called last were not fed. The bride had asked Veronica weeks prior to the wedding if she could find waitstaff to serve the food and Veronica failed to do so. 6) There was a traditional wedding the night before the wedding in which part of the decorations were floating candles that were supposed to be saved and used the next day at the wedding reception. I found these floating lights in a garbage bag after the Friday event was completed. 7) Everything the bride asked for Veronica's first response was "Oh, I don't think..." always negative. She never tried to complete any task that was asked for her and if she did do it, it was done half-ass Basically, I wouldn't recommend Veronica or Behind the Scenes for any bride or event. She just seemed rather overwhelmed by it all and did not try to make things work.

Dear Readers, I think it is very sad that I have to write…read morethis review. However, I am writing hoping that no one will have to go through the same situation that I went through with this company. When I mention this company I am referring to Veronica Foster/ Behind the Scene Inc/ ABC because throughout trying to get a resolution to my complaint the business name seemed to interchange, but the person that does not change is the owner of Behind the Scenes and the NC ABC membership Coordinator, Veronica Foster. In December of 2011, I was informed that Preston Bailey would be the guest speaker at the NC ABC March State meeting. I was super excited. Preston Bailey is a person that I highly admire in this wedding Industry. The other person, David Tutera whom I had the pleasure to meet thanks to Veronica and her team. I actually had a great time. However, this time was different. I paid for my tickets to see Mr. Bailey in January but prior to making payments I notice that the dates change. I sent Ms. Foster an email inquiring about the date change and notice that the updated schedule did not mention anything about his appearance, but the event was still for two days. Therefore, I went and paid $298.00 to Veronica/ Behind the Scenes Inc. In March I went back to the ABC website and notice that the 2 day event was now 1. I contact Veronica and sure enough she verified that the event was 1 day instead of 2. I paid for a 2 day event and that was what I expected. I then requested a refund and was told by Ms. Foster that they do not give refunds for events. There was no clause stating no refunds prior to me making payments and when I made payments. I did ask Ms.Foster to provide documentations of the clause as I made copies of the documentations and Nothing stated NO Refunds. I am very disappointed that as a business owners that this is the type of professional standards she upholds. I paid well in advance and she could have notify me of changes. Ms. Foster did not even try to resolve the issue. I feel that because she is also the Coordinator of the NC ABC Chapter there are certain things that she should be held accountable for. As a resolution I requested a refund of what I paid to her and her company as I clearly did not get what I initially paid for. The only thing I can say before making an investment in any company is to ask for referrals, check with your local BBB, and local Consumer Affairs.I did file a complaint with the Greensboro BBB and I do believe my documents are available to anyone that wants to make an inform decision. I hope no one has to go through this.
