Shocking service in Auckland NZ. Beware when you buy from this company....there product are cheap…read moreChinese import and not made for NZ market. To our surprise the laminate floor started making squeaky, creaky noise and started looking uneven from edges. We noticed that our floor had no under lay which is recommended with any laminate wooden flooring. All this unprofessional practice and poor workmanship made the floor look more untidy. The builder never answers any e-mails and always sounds very busy on phone. Now the builder is saying that it is not his responsibility and we should be directly talking to Power Dekor Ltd to fix /replace the floor. When we made contact to Power Dekor Ltd they asked for photos of the floor and immediately arranged a site visit by an experienced installer. The installer within seconds said that this floor is not installed properly and will create more squeaky noise in future. We called Power Dekor Company and they started blaming the builder and said we don't have anything to do with this flooring as we don't have a record stating that this floor was installed by us. When we requested a letter/e-mail stating that this floor was not installed by the power Dekor Company they declined our request. The Power Dekor Company softens the stand and started blaming the installer and requested us to contact him to fix the problem. The company e-mailed us the name of the installers (Decky Euro Flooring Ltd) and they came for a visit and left saying that they never installed the floor in this house. We received the following text from them "Dear Munish , although we have seen your floor and faulties on it l can only give you an opinion as an independent flooring company cos we do not wont to be involved with any of those problems especially with Power Dekor , since that after we visited your house and saw that we haven't been installers in your house , l immediately visited that company and told them not to give to customers our numbers ever again cos that really can cause the damage of our reputation since that we were not involved in faulty installation in your house. Matt let me browse for a few moments (which I liked because I do not like being hounded) before asking if I needed any help finding the right size, he helped me with sizing and colour after explained the colours in the room.
