I told the representative that either I receive a discount or I would have to go with another company. The representative said "I think it's best that you go with another company because we already gave you a discount". Not only was this unprofessional, but to inconvenience me, a paying customer, due to their lack of time management and communication is extremely unprofessional. I informed the representative that I would like to speak with the manager regarding this issue and I still have not received a returned phone call.
