I reside in a rental property owned by the Department and they have a contract with McPeakes to do their maintenance repairs for all the tenants in Social and Community Housing McPeakes are the most pathetic,incompetent and negligent tradespeople I have ever seen in my life. Look I've been waiting 4-5months for my kitchen taps and tiles to be repaired it should have been done in a matter of 2wks its taken 4-5months to do and they still haven't done it because they are given my address and brief description but my problem with them is they never show up to do it and then they lie to the Department saying things like we rocked up there and no one was home so we left our calling card when I have been home but no one came out they are the worst tradies I've ever have to deal with but the Government in housing keep them employed and pay them even if they dont even turn up at your home to do the maintenance repairs crazy yeah they should both be ashamed of themselves thanks read more
