Prior to 2019, they were a premier auctioneer. However, this year, their organization has dropped right off. I've participated in 3 of their 2019 auctions, and have waited in line for a minimum of 45 minutes just to pay. With cash. Furthermore, they claim the right to change their traditional load out times without making any mention in the main sale terms and holding an online auction that has items located at separate areas miles apart. There are just too many odd considerations to keep in mind to deal with these guys, especially in the online auctions. Unprofessional in every way! Did not show up at scheduled times or days to prep for auction and did everything last minute. Poor communications regarding items that were not to be sold resulting in personal items disappearing. Provided contract only when pressed to do so. Unorganized and rushed, only had two staff when they promised four. Damaged homeowner's property and did not resolve when contacted many times. If you are having estate or property auctions, choose another firm! Would give zero starts if possible! read more
