Steven & the manager Dakota not only gave horrible service but also had us walk two units down to receive our vehicle . Also as we were picking up our vehicle one of the employees sped right passed my mother & I in another customers Tesla clearly not respecting the vehicle . As if things couldn't get worse we went in to the car the engine cover was torn off in the passenger seat of the car. We go back in to ask them which was there mistake then Steven begins being not only being rude but his tone and demeanor completely switch up . I would like to add I asked him for his name he said "don't worry about it" Then he storms off saying he doesn't gotta put up with this , but he completely forgets to add the screws so for the 3rd time we have to go back and ask for service which at this point we weren't being respected . It was there mistake but yet we are getting taxed for there actions. If you have other options I would strongly encourage to avoid this shop all together. read more

Came in for a smog check and left with a scratched bumper! "AAA recommended shop". Everything was fine until I picked up my car; I immediately realized that my bumper was heavily scratched. I know the car didn't come in like this because I washed it by hand the night before and my wife confirmed it as she was driving behind me the entire time on our way to the shop. The car wasn't anywhere else other than at their shop. The manager said they looked at the cameras and denies fault - what else are they going to say? They have been our mechanic for over 10 years. They are great- honest and dependable. If they can't figure out the problem, they tell you, they don't just pretend to fix something and send you out the door with money spent. I had a drivetrain Malfunction that Produced white smoke. They charged me $150 to diagnose it and came back to me and said it was my turbo charger that needed to be completely replaced... came back to $4000 dollars in repairs. Boom I pay it. They fix it. Great I go pick it up, they say they fixed everything wrong with it and test drove it, and added $30 for gas at my expense! Lol 3 days later, I kid you not it has a DRIVETRAIN MALFUNCTION again. No problem probably something's not on right, okay. I take it back to them and they wanted to charge me AN ADDITIONAL $150 to diagnose again??? So did the first diagnostic not identify all the problems initially? Nope I guess there diagnostic only look at 10% of the car at a time and you have to pay again to check there work and the rest of your car. Lol it makes absolute sense. Don't recommend these people whatsoever. They didn't even fix my car after $4000 dollars! And clearly don't know what's going on inside of your car and look at how lazy they are with the wiring IN PLAIN VIEW!! IMAGINE THE STUFF I CANT SEE! And on top of all that they had a ATTITUDE and CONDENSING tone with me, when I just needed my car fixed. Please avoid these types of businesses and predatory business practices. My family and I have been using this service for years now. When we first started using their services the employees working the front desk were friendly and attentive. This last year the front desk service has changed drastically. The receptionist is extremely rude and replies with clipped responses. The owner passed the phone call over to another employee mid conversation. They told one person that they hadn't looked at the vehicle after two days of it sitting on their lot. Then we get a call saying that the vehicle was already inspected and nothing was wrong with it. We got a second opinion and they were wrong. If there wasn't an issue with the vehicle why would we take it all the way down there? Anyways, we had work done previously on another vehicle and they up-charged us to almost $3,000. It was absolutely insane. One man at the front desk was lying about all the work they had to do on the car. They even told us the brakes melded into the car which was false because we took those brakes off the week before. I read a previous review that said these people were crooks and that is the best way to phrase it. A lot of mechanics get a bad reputation for this kind of experience and these people make mechanic shops look shady. If you're faced with either going to these people or burning your car down--- just burn your car. Save yourself the wasted time and money. read more

CAUTION! Scammers! Took my car there for an oil leak covered under warranty. They ended up doing $5,000 worth of work on the car and kept it for three weeks. When I got it back it was leaking again from the same place. They made me pay for a diagnostic and denied it was leaking. Said it was the oil cap. I put a new oil cap and took it to another RepairPal-rated mechanic that told me it was still leaking from the part they denied. Took it to another local mechanic who said it was also leaking from that part! I took it back to McWilliams and Walden and they denied it again! They said it was coming from a part that was from the BACK of the car! I tried to reason with them but it's so clear that they just were getting money out of the warranty company, and forgot to do work then didn't want to own up to their mistakes. Took my truck in for smog to this shop as AAA recommended them.truck drove fine Easy start up before I took it there. Mcwilliams and Walden said it failed smog but got me a voucher for repairs needed. The repairs came out to $577.87 they changed two sensors ,and it passed. I showed up to pick up my truck and it wouldn't start. The manager ( Dakota) said I should leave it there for four more days to see what was going on with it but I had to pay $135 for the diagnostic.I asked him to look at it without charge since I brought it in running.the manager (Dakota) refused to look at it without me paying an additional 135.00 i had already paid 114.00 for smog and oil change ,plus he made 577.87 from voucher repairs.all that money and my running truck doesn't run and I got to tow it outta there. I don't think that was fair.so I towed it out. Dont take your vehicle there because they don't care about their customers and do not honor their own work... how can your vehicle be smogged but doesn't run??? read more
