Used the very large fans to dry everything but left with no idea as to how long or when they would return. Blew breaker box and did not tell me and also lights etc. did not work so had to come back the next day to change it. Left 3 large oil spots in the driveway. When conforted them, they had tons of ideas but never took responsibiltiy for any and more of these things that were done. Finally just said, I am done with it.

The technician showed up on time and was extremely professional. The cleaning for a 700 sq ft took about an 1.5 hours. The quality was amazing and they got all the hard stains out of the carpet. The price was 200$ and was well spent. This my new go to carpet cleaning service that doesn't disappoint.
