From February 23 to April 21, I trusted the process and was very clear from the beginning that money was not the problem. I even told them I was willing to pay extra if they could work faster and actually get results. At first, they told me I did not need to pay off my credit cards or balances for the process to work. Later on, they changed their advice and told me that if I paid off the accounts, the disputes would move faster and have a better chance of success. I followed their recommendation and paid off the accounts hoping to finally see results, but even after doing that, I still did not receive any meaningful improvement. Instead of offering a faster or more effective solution, they placed me into a monthly payment program and kept telling me to wait. Communication was also very slow, especially from the owner, who would take a long time to respond to my messages and concerns. During the entire process, they claimed they filed disputes multiple times, but I never saw any positive results. In fact, my credit situation became worse instead of improving. After almost two months of waiting, I was eventually told that I should just cancel the service because they were not getting results.I feel disappointed because I spent time, money, and trusted their promises during an important time when I needed my credit fixed urgently. Based on my experience, there was a lack of urgency, communication, and effective dispute strategy. I would strongly recommend others ask for clear proof of work, realistic expectations, and actual progress before signing up.

A couple years ago we went in and talked to a nice employee for some time who put no pressure on us to invest. This person told us there are millions in cryptocurrency that will never be claimed because the owners forgot their passwords. That's on them. That's top security. Makes us think of scenes in The Da Vince code: i.e. Swiss Banks. So when we went by and we saw windows broken - we think at least two episodes - we thought "someone probably got angry when they couldn't get their money out or something." Eventually the windows were repaired to look like they do now, with some pale semi-transparent white. OK, the place WAS raided by the FBI, DEA and so on. But was it the PLACE or was it SOMEONE in there? An owner? An employee? Or simply a customer? It was ALL THE TALK. Several people said they saw it. Several people asked us if we saw it. Apparently just before lunchtime, a very organized effort - very many people - descended on the place. Maybe it's the rumors but the numbers of agents seemed to keep going up. A dozen? Fifty? So let's look at this. The FBI would not be involved if it were a local problem. It has to be across state lines or national. The DEA Drug Enforcement Administration is there because someone was likely dealing drugs. Again, it could have been anyone. Speculation that one or more drug dealers were putting their earnings into cryptocurrency because it is, um, untraceable. So we feel terrible that we didn't go for it and put $1 in back in the day, since that could be worth thousands now. Though, where would we spend it? And we hope that no innocent people have had their lives ruined by this raid.
