Today is my wife's birthday, and at 8:30, I get the great idea to detail her car. I sent an inquiry to a number of businesses through yelp, and Ronald's messages were the easiest to get through. He was available to come by at 3:00... and we're locked in. He's running a few minutes late, and I start to worry that he's not going to come through. He shows up, and works his tail off for hours. Holy S***! These guys are the definition of professionals. Ronald, Nathan and Chris you guys went above and beyond my expectations! Now I must disclose since I didn't take before pictures (mainly I was so embarrassed) my car was filthy! I basically live in my car for work Monday-Friday. Between the food, dirt, small pieces of trash and worst of all my dogs hair. These guys had their work cut out for them. I sure didn't make it easy. Wow was my wife and I blown away. They went through my car with a tooth brush and a fine comb. I remember getting frustrated after vacuuming for 15 minutes and still having dog hair everywhere. I honestly looked and couldn't find one dog hair!!! They wash, waxed, shampooed, detailed detailed detailed, windows inside and out. Got the gunk off my headlights and off my center console. After they finished my car they detailed my wife's truck which really needed a deep clean and again hers turned out better than I could imagine. When we were finishing up with them, we told Ronald we were expecting our first child in a couple weeks and he even showed me how to properly install the car seat. Who does that? I usually wash my own cars since the car wash options nearby never seem to get the job done well. We got a used truck a week ago and the dealership didn't do a great job deep cleaning it. We wanted a full deep clean/detail and there were hard water marks on one side of the vehicle body and rims. The truck otherwise started decently clean with no stains or heavy gunk build up. The cleaners were professional, on time, seemed hard working and able to remove the hard water stains on the body of truck and most of the hard water stains on most of the wheels. We got the gold package, and maybe my expectations of a full detail were unrealistic, but for $485 of professional detailing and an already relatively clean vehicle, I was expecting a better outcome. We had a similar detail job done by a carwash for half the price and got the same results. You could say the mobile part was more convenient but the results didn't live up to the cost difference. Overall, the truck is clean (except the truck bed which wasn't cleaned... not sure if that's normal, but other places spray out the truck bed at the least), the seats, rubber parts, and side steps were polished and treated to look really nice and the truck smells good. They also did a good job getting the hard water stains off the vehicle. Not quite the attention to detail I was hoping for with the gold package though. The attached photos sum up part of the results. The results were at par to a cheaper run of the mill car wash detail. They probably do great for your average car wash and clean, but I'm not sure I would use them for a high level detail again. read more

Recently hired to detail the exterior of our Tesla, Ronald and his team did a phenomenal job, especially while working in 90degree sun. He was courteous, friendly and professional. He and his team came onsite and finished an exterior wash and wax quicker than expected and the results are fantastic. I found Ron at MDS on Yelp when I was looking for someone professional to clean up and detail my daughters car. She has a dog and that thing was a mess inside. It is a 2018 Nissan Kicks with cloth seats and there was dirt and dog slobber everywhere and it just smelled like a dog in there (and her dog might have even had a small accident in there). Plus the outside was dirty too and I don't know if it had every been waxed and it certainly hadn't been washed too much since she got it a couple years ago. Well when Ron was finished 2-3 hours later that car looked and smelled like new inside and out! He gave it the best wash and wax job I have ever seen, and steam (real steam) cleaned all the seats, rugs and everything. You can't even tell a dog ever set foot (or 4 feet) in that car and I am completely happy with the results. I highly recommend MDS and Ron and his work and we will be having him back again to do our other cars from time to time, even though they are nowhere near as dirty as that one.
