Has some issues.. poor trash removal service, community areas lawn maintenence skips areas regularly making it a little 'shabby' appearing. Asphalt streets have a few potholes. Many driveways need replacing.. broken cement / hazardous conditions. The management on site staff efficiently enforces property owners to maintain homes, mow yards, maintain proper parking and are friendly. This is without a doubt the biggest con going. When myself and three others moved in, they said money would be refunded if leaving early. Paid my rent 4 days early and now I want to move after using 3 days rent and guess what, he "graciously" offered half my rent back. What a ×@#&hole. read more
