He believed the listing price was too high and had I listened to him I would have lost 60K on the sale. Additionally, I redid several documents because of errors/omissions. He was difficult to get ahold of and often didn't return my messages. I don't believe he earned the commission set out at the beginning of the sale and I would have preferred to reduce this but by the time the sale finally went through I was sick of the dealing with it all. I would caution anyone signing up with Sid to make sure he doesn't pass you onto his son Connor or make sure that Sid is proving better oversight. I know everyone needs to start somewhere but he should have been better supervised.
