I had scheduled a junk removal for my parents' estate. I met with a representative last Sunday to do a full walk-through of what needed to be taken out. During the walk-through, I made sure to show the representative one room I wasn't sure they would do. It was kind of a hoarding situation with furniture, and some of the couches had mildew. The only thing the representative said was that they'd need to charge a hazmat fee, and I agreed. H A few days later, I received an invoice along with a contact. The invoice listed the dumpster rental and labor fees. I paid the deposit and scheduled the service. On the day of the removal, I saw the dumpster delivered, and it looked way too small for the amount of work we'd discussed. I messaged the owner, who reassured me his team would break everything down to fit. When the first two workers showed up (including a supervisor), I offered them another walk-through of the property, showing them what was to be serviced, including that one room with mildew furniture. I came back at 2:40 pm for a final walk-through, and the whole room was untouched. Not only that, but most of the patio furniture I'd asked to be taken during the estimate was still there as well. Plus, they left broken-down furniture pieces all over every room without cleaning up. I spoke to a supervisor on-site, the same guy who did the estimate, who tried to act clueless about the patio furniture. He eventually said he'd need to come back with some guys to pick up what was left since the dumpster was already full. I told him to do whatever he needed to get it done. I also asked if I'd get a discount because they didn't touch the room with the damaged furniture. The supervisor made some excuse about not having the right safety gear and he told me to talk to James, the owner about the price reduction. I called James and explained all these issues. He mostly spent the call trying to gaslight me they were were doing me a favor because they apparently undercharged for the work they did, which is not my problem. If they'd told me the estimate was off that morning, I would've canceled and gone somewhere else. During the call, I also asked about the dumpster size, and he admitted it was only 10 yards when we'd asked for 15. I asked if I'd get a discount on the deposit rate, and he said no. I also inquired about the room with the leftover furniture, and he claimed it was never included in the quote. I asked why that wasn't communicated, and he blamed internal miscommunication, saying they werent budging on the price. Then I brought up the patio furniture that was left behind. He said he'd get back to me. Later, he texted saying they'd send some guys to remove the leftover furniture "free of charge." (What charge? It was supposed to be included in the original price unless they decided otherwise, just like with that room...) He said the guys would come Sunday morning. I waited hours on Sunday and had asked for an estimated arrival time the day before since I had plans at noon. No response. I left the property around 11:40, came back at 12:30, and the cameras showed the workers arrived around 11:45 and left about 30 minutes later, only taking a few more pieces of patio furniture and leaving the majority of the patio furniture still there. 'd had enough and texted James and called him--no answer. It took threatening legal action just to get a callback, and of course, it was from the supervisor, not the owner. I recounted the full story again, and this guy had the nerve to tell me I should be charged more because the labor hours went over. I finally got them to agree to come back a THIRD time to finish the patio furniture what should've been completed on day one, let alone day three. Not to mention I still have to deal with cleaning up all the debris they left and the entire room full of junk couches they decided not to do. Would never ever ever recommend this company to anyone. read more

I hired this company to do a move-in cleaning service. We're not living in the house. Walls freshly painted,brand, new floors, new kitchen cabinets, new bathroom cabinets. So a pretty straightforward job. That being said, the weekend after it was cleaned, we started putting things away and realized that I had to re-clean all my cabinets, the dust of installation. I had to redo my floors as well. The owner of the company did offer a discount or to come back. I declined because my husband and I both work full-time jobs and our weekends are very limited,we had to do it ourselves so that we could unpack. read more

So now that we're in the house, I can see many areas that were missed. The stairs, inside the oven door, the area around the sink were improperly cleaned. read more

Book them. I couldn't speak higher of a company! We hired them to come in after our wedding reception at a DIY venue to clean up the decor and get it out of the venue before the night ended. They excelled in their performance and went above and beyond. They not only got the venue cleaned up they assisted for no extra charge at getting the floor cleaned up that "renter friendly" peel and stick tile which left the adhesive on the ground of the venue. They were diligent and worth every cent. A couple days after the event we got a call about a tent top that needed to be broken down that we left by the dumpster and they were happy to go back and fix it for us! The only reason i went with this company was they offered service on Sunday. Though they work on sunday they charged my extra $50.00 USD. Just to clean the appliances, kitchen cabinets, one bathroom and one powder room they took 2 hrs and 30 mins with 2 workers. I am not satisfied or happy with their work however i had to go with then since i had no choice as i had to handover the keys to my landlord sunday evening. I would personally not recommend them to my friends or my families. read more

The team who worked our home was very sweet however the management and organization was extremely poor. This company's deep clean does not include many services normally included in other companies' deep cleaning and the work was priced per hour and done at an extremely slow pace which lead to eventually excluding many of the areas of the home that were originally meant to be done. When areas that were not done to our satisfaction were discussed with the owner, he had a very "oh well" attitude and did not care to acknowledge the complaints but simply expected the payment regardless of the job being completed to our satisfaction. For the per hour rate that we were charged, we expected a highly professional service and were disappointed. read more

Extremely unhappy with the cleaning service that I was provided. I was quoted an amount for a deep cleaning and gave the number of rooms. The team that came was horrible and SLOW. They couldn't even finish areas. After they left, I realized that my refrigerator was not wiped down, there was food particles on the oven knobs and a splash of food on the outside of my microwave that was not cleaned. The shower mat was not cleaned, the furniture was only dusted with a swiffer type and not polished. They came back once I complained and said Oh, the guy missed that stuff in the kitchen and argued that the bedrooms were dusted. There was toothpaste spots left on the bathroom mirror and the bedroom mirror was left smeared. Ceiling fans were not touched. After arguing with the owner that "he would use my complaints to talk to his staff", I felt he did not even care. I had to clean for 2 hours after they left, not a deep cleaning by any means. Would never recommend and would like to warn future clients to go elsewhere. Feel like I paid for nothing as I paid for 2 1/2 hours. read more
