The clinic is clean, the staff gets you in quickly, and they're always very helpful. Today's visit was especially great thanks to Mary Ann Reveles, FNP-BC. She was not only incredibly kind, but also very knowledgeable and genuinely compassionate about how I was feeling. She took the time to listen, didn't rush the appointment, and gave me a clear plan to help get me back on the mend. I've been coming to this urgent care since 2020, and experiences like this are exactly why I'll continue coming back. Highly recommend!

The suite we were going to is located on the third floor as well as the lab. When we entered, we received a friendly greeting by the front desk clerk and she checked us in. We were quickly brought into exam and after vitals and a few questions the provider joined us. The exam room was spacious, bright and clean. There were two chairs for my Mom and I to sit. The experience was very pleasant for my Mom. She liked all the staff very much. From my POV all staff was kind and very professional. I recognize the amount of time and effort it took to get my necessary medication approved, so thank you. They were extremely attentive and flexible with my schedule as well, as I am a very busy student myself. People are usually quick to leave bad reviews, so I wanted to share a positive one…read more I came here last Sunday after being dismissed by Kaiser Permanente's ER, where they did not seem concerned about several symptoms I was experiencing. When I came here, Nurse Practitioner Marie took my concerns seriously and correctly diagnosed my condition. I am incredibly grateful for her care and attention. I also want to thank the nurse who brought me in. I was very emotional and overwhelmed, and she was so kind and compassionate that she even offered me a hug. That level of kindness meant a lot to me during a difficult time. I left feeling relieved because their diagnosis was accurate. My condition is not something commonly seen in a 26-year-old, so I appreciated that they listened instead of brushing off my concerns. Within four days, the bumps had already fallen off and I was clearly improving. My health plan changed this month, so unfortunately I won't be able to return because I need to stay in-network.
