After finally getting the appointment to get my new C-pap, they called me the day before (today) to tell me that they are "short staffed" and needed to postpone my appointment by another two weeks. I notified my MD who had to make a special call to them to rectify. As of yet, I have an appt tomorrow, we'll see how it goes. We are off to a BAD start. I will augment this review pending how the rest of the service goes.. UPDATE: Ok, so the gal they sent out had never worked with Wallace (she works for a different company, so third party?), was not familiar with their forms, and not very familiar with the c-pap machine (had difficulty with the power cord). Furthermore, she had limited supplies as "her office" had been recently closed and had limited supplies, and FURTHERMORE, what she did have had wrong sized equipment in the wrong box, so she left me with a large which we gathered was the wrong size but that's all she had. I'm extremely skeptical at this point. I'm going to use what she left me tonight. We'll see how it goes.. UPDATE II: So it looks like Wallce contracted with a 3rd party? (High Desert Medical and Sleep Supplies). I wouldn't trust either one.

Mom couldn't be released until she had oxygen, so a Lincare representative delivered a tank to the hospital. With no key to open it. The nurse set the gauge, and home we went. Mom noticed that she wasn't getting any oxygen, I called the company, and the delivery came. Four hours later. Four hours without the oxygen she desperately needed. So there you go. Oxygen tanks need a big green key that lets the oxygen be released. If you don't get one, it doesn't matter how much oxygen you need, you get none. Don't let them do it to you.

Anytime my doctor calls in a prescription, they never bother calling me in order to get the payment so it can be filled. So I have to go out of my way to call the pharmacy to make sure they received the called in prescription, and to pay. Every time I call they have trouble finding the prescription and claim my doctor never called it in even though my doctor has every time and has it on file. I recently just called and was put on hold for 10 minutes only for the person to hang up on me and when I called again I had to listen to more music for the next 5 minutes only to hang up. Absolutely ridiculous and worst customer service, get your shit together Hometown Pharmacy because you are making our hometown look pretty bad for compound prescriptions.

The water flow periodically stopped flowing, which defeated the purpose of providing cool water to my recent knew replacement. I spoke with Wallace equipment on Friday and was informed that if the issue continued, they would come out and trouble shot it. So today I called and was told by Dale that there's now a delivery charge on a product that I'm renting from them. Yet Friday there wasn't any mention of a charge. I'm just curious, having a knee replaced and living 10 miles south of Wallace Equipment. Am I supposed to hop in a vehicle and bring it to them when I'm not driving. My GF works 8-to-5, so it's tough to get into Wallace Equipment during their business hours. Great Service Dale !

I visited Central Coast Pharmacy for the first time a couple weeks ago. I had to have a new…read moremedication compounded for my cat's special needs. I was greeted by a very nice woman and pleasantly surprised by her genuine caring and friendly attitude toward me. She smiled a lot. She knew I'd never used the medication. It took an oral syringe to administer the meds. It was small and appeared to be tailored to cats. With tiny measurement markings. She marked with a piece of tape the place on the syringe to make it easier for me to withdraw the appropriate amount confidently. (I'm 70 and not nearly as confident performing new tasks) But her doing just a little extra by marking the syringe made a big difference in my confidence. The pharmacy inventory itself was totally unique! For the holidays there were charming and creative decorations that made me smile and will continue to spread joy during future seasons. There were unique gifts for your favorite Cowgirl and artistic holiday decorations. I highly recommend taking the time to go into the pharmacy. It will make you feel good experiencing their carefully curated gifts and decorations. I'm looking forward to returning for the refill and more closely looking at their unique and delightful items.
