He did a soil test - grass low on nitrogen & phosphorus, plus build up of thatch. He asked to see my treatment invoices for #2 Lawn Service. I had switched from #1 Lawn Service to #2 last year. Trevor explained to me what was happening to my lawn after looking at #2 Lawn Service. Bottom line - #2 comes out 8 times per year leaving lots of weeds, thatch buildup, and grass was turning pale yellow. He said that he would not come every month, only when it was the appropriate time/temperature to apply product. Yes, I cancelled #2 service. Trevor came by to see if the applications were working well. He watered each station for 2 minutes. He went to check sprinkler box because station 4 wasn't working. The box is encased in hard clay which will need special tools to free it up. YES I had my sprinkler system checked and fixed this spring by well-known sprinkler company.
