It doesn't look busy but they have a steady flow of online deliveries/pickups. The only feedback is the receipts seem really long because they include the waiver to not use ketchup in each receipt. Since they ask for your number to order on the tablet, probably just include it the first time. We forgot to order a drink and ordered it separately and it is unnecessary to print another long receipt again for one drink. Lastly a curious question I have is why the name Shelby's?
