Fist time I've been there the lady I was assigned to was nice and pleasant to talk too. However, the second time, the lady was a bit rushed and maybe rude at times. I went to New Wax City last week, and had the MOST horrifying experience ever…read more An African woman was "helping" me, except she made a racist comment (I'm South Asian American), asked if I was pregnant, AND was commanding me, rather than kindly talking to me. It was demeaning and unacceptable. I mentioned to her that she was being rude, but that did not seem to change. I talked to the managers and all they seemed to say was that they were sorry. I do not have her name, but that kind of service in the 21st century is intolerable. I am appalled and encourage everyone to think twice about going there. It should also be noted I'm not the first to have written that they are rude.
