I had the seven course tasting menu along with the seven wine pairings. All the courses were incredibly delicious and all but one had me making happy food noises. I never imagined that truffle ice cream could be part of an appetizer course and take three delicious dishes (foi gras, raw tuna, and beet) to a level I had never imagined.
