After some investigation, I discovered that you use sunflower oil for packaging. Why would you choose such a highly inflammatory seed oil? Is it purely because it's cheap? As a company, I had hoped you prioritized sourcing quality, healthy ingredients--even if it means charging a little more. At the very least, products like this should be clearly labeled so consumers know exactly what they're consuming. Metro likes to value themselves as a higher end grocery store and offer the best products, more on the expensive side, and they don't price match, so I find if this is your regular grocery store, you are paying a bit more than others. This location is not a Metro Plus location, so it doesn't have fresh made pizza's or sushi, but does offer a small selection of such, but they do offer an arrange of fresh meats, fish, salads, soups, and ready to eat meals as well as fresh bakery goods. This location carries my absolute favourite pasta salad - pasta, arugula and feta salad. Their are no self registers at this location, the staff are usually fairly nice, but don't like to communicate and try to get out out as quickly as possible making very little eye contact. Overall, great location in a very small, dead mall, reasons to come back: the pasta salad.
