I brought my puppy in today because the little guy ate two chocolate cupcakes. He saw me straight away and told me to monitor Felix. He didn't even charge me for the visit. My last vet charged me over £120 for a bee sting. I love this guy. ANNNND he even gave me his cell in case Felix took a turn for the worst. Now Americans love to complain about bad service in the UK (true for the most part, BTW), but this guy was a star! So this review actually means something. Andrew, you are AMAZING!!

Receptionist was so rude & had such a bad attitude I asked to speak to vet but he said no even though there was no one in with vet! He said just leave if you haven't got time to wait! Vet came out at 4.15 & told me they didn't have all vaccines for my dog so I could come back in 2 weeks,why wasn't I told this when I got there? On the way home I met a couple with a dog & asked them which vet they went to as I am definitely not going back to village vets,they said they used to go there but they found them very rude! No people skills & bad attitude,I wouldn't recommend village vets.

This vet is super handy to the Barons Court area!…read more I didn't take my cat here, as she had been already going to a different vet before we moved into the area, but this vet was great to us for some thing: 1) Pet food! They have a great stock of upper-market pet food in-house. If they don't have the size you want, they will order it for you and it will come in within a few days. They were able to order our super-large bags of Royal Canin cat food. They also offer very competitive rates on it. (Note - buy big! you end up saving! 2) They were able to help me out when I was in a jam one day with day-long boarding. We had some repairmen coming around to the flat short notice, and they were able to board our Mischief for the day until the workers were done. Great being able to accomodate on such a short notice! Life savers, they were!!
