MedMen Tallahassee have been running a raffle for the past few weeks, I'm honoured (and stoked) to say that I was the winner of this raffle. I received a backpack, a dry bag, a vape kit, a lighter and lip balm. The staff remembered me upon entering, which is a big deal in determining which dispensary is best suited for me, (I come from a small town and love the small village attitude). I went on Thursday there scheduled Grand Re-Opening day, they were closed due to their cash register machines not working! Went back on Friday and had my wife with me. No need to wait outside in the hot sun as most dispensaries have a customer waiting area, right? Went inside, no one to greet us at the door, we waited 10 to 15 seconds or more. I told my wife, as I seen no customer waiting area, to stand over next to the wall out of the way of the door. Since I had been in the day before I would try and retrace my footsteps to the products I wanted to purchase. To make a long story short - WE Left Not buying anything and I Will NOT be ever coming back to MedMen!!!!! None attentive, rude, inexperienced, interrogators, bad customer relations!!!!!!! I stopped in today after looking at the website. I'm so glad that I did. These guys are so knowledgeable on there product. They also are extremely friendly and helpful making a decision on what products may work best for you and your individual needs. I recommend them over any other dispensary in Tallahassee Fl., Trueleve has a larger product inventory but does not come close to the customer service and product knowledge that was presented here at MedMen. I'm really feeling this dispensary! The are not fully stocked yet but when they are... WOW!! Tallahassee dispensaries should be worried. Truly and Completely a round table of collaboration in my healthcare journey!!! From the first time I met Emma and the rest of the Medmen team, they have recommended products that truly work for ME and what I'm looking to accomplish! Emma, listened to my healthcare story and based on her own unique experiences through her knowledge of other patients with my condition, and her product expertise...she's been able to set me on a therapeutic journey that's put me back on the hiking trails!! I had to check out the latest dispensary in Tallahassee. I like this dispensary. The staff are knowledgeable and nice people. The interior layout is very cool and different. Product selection was somewhat limited but loved what I was able to purchase. It will be an even better when fully stocked. I felt that prices were good, too. Went in to the new MedMen dispensary in Tallahassee today for the first time. Their model is very different from the other dispensaries I've used. First, when you walk in there are no multiple waiting rooms to navigate through. The store is really nice with lots of tablets inside with information on products, etc. Brandon met me at the door and asked how he could help me. We talked for a few minutes with him asking great questions about my condition and what I've been using. They have the full range of products and the products are behind a long wall with glass on top so you can watch the process. No mystery room the salesperson disappears into after you place your order. I placed my order and tried a new product that Brandon had recommended. I was surprised at the final bill which was a lot less than I have been paying. Pretty much a perfect experience... read more
