I always enjoy eating here! Their food is delicious and fresh and the taste of the food is always consistent! I had their spring rolls this time and it was pretty good! They added grilled pork or chicken (I forgot) with a fried roll and everything went so well together! Highly recommend!! The service was good. The server answered any questions we had and the food didn't take long to make. The ambiance was nice! The inside is clean and organized and there's a decent amount of seating!

Coconut Red Curry and Coconut Yellow Curry with Jasmine white rice

Very good curry! Tasted authentic. Asian fusion cuisine along the Mekong covering Thailand and Vietnam. My husband and I had the Coconut Yellow Curry and the Coconut Red Curry. It's generous with vegetables and chicken pieces. We both enjoyed its spice we always crave for. Service was a bit busy but they tried their best to accommodate the customers eating in and those who ordered online. The restaurant is simple and made it look and feel it's in Southeast Asia. We would come back.

I'm never really disappointed when I eat here. I got the vermicelli bowl and it was delicious -- fresh, light, and aromatic. Service was just okay, probably because we were tucked away in the back, but it didn't take away from the overall experience.

Beef pho - IG @bougiefoodieboi

I got beef pho here takeout via Doordash and the food came out pretty quickly (less than 5 minutes). The order is well packaged with the raw beef and bean sprouts / lime / jalapeño packaged separately neatly. The noodles were cooked to a little under al dente to ensure the noodles do not get too soggy and soft after pouring the broth. The broth was still warm after 20 minutes. Food wise, the pho overall is okay. I didn't really like the broth of this one, but the ingredients were fresh. The portion size is on the smaller side. For the price, I guess it is okay for downtown but definitely on the higher side (accounting for regular menu pricing).

Another great Belltown restaurant! My wife and I stopped by here for lunch and she ordered the Vietnamese yellow curry with chicken and lemongrass and jasmine rice and I ordered the red curry with bamboo and seasonal vegetables and jasmine rice. My wife had the spice level of 2 and I got the spice level of 5. Both curries were excellent and I loved the spice level of 5. It was hot but not burning hot. The amount of food served was alot and for the price, very good value. My wife and I were both very full after the meal. Our waitress was very friendly and given how crowded the restaurant was, very busy too. The decor of the restaurant/bar is very stylish with a curtain of silver colored beads separating the dining area from the bar area (where you can dine too). One quirky touch: there is a bowl of free condoms at the front of the restaurant (like the famous Cabbages and Condoms restaurant in Bangkok). Meekong Bar really does great curries! I'll be back to try more dishes.

satay chicken vermicelli - $14

Excellent Asian food at a really affordable price. We got a beef pho, satay chicken vermicelli bowl, shrimp spring rolls, pork belly bao and a thai tea and enjoyed all the dishes. Pork belly was flavorful and lovely inside the bao, spring rolls were solid - they also had several other protein options. The beef pho was excellent, with plenty of flavor in the broth and plenty of noodles to fill up on. The vermicelli bowl the largest of the entrees, but continued plenty of protein and veggies and overall was very refreshing. Interior was clean and modern, with plenty of seating. Looks like they also had decent drinks for the evening, but we just stopped by for lunch. Staff was very quick to help us and food also came out very quickly. Would definitely recommend for a solid Asian meal in Belltown area. We were visitors but saw plenty of locals coming in for lunch or grabbing takeout.

It's my go to spot after work dinner. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. They always give me my extra limes. The soup is good. The chicken wings are average, they don't really have much flavor, but I love chicken wings so I keep ordering them. They also always have these melon candies, I look forward to them after my meal

Went here for dinner with the family. It was delicious! Service was good though we were in back and seemed forgotten. We could of used more water. It's a cute place bigger in the back.

I ordered spring roll with shrimp($5) and combination pho($16). Both items tasted great but I feel the pho protein is on the small side. Service was quick and nice. The place feels cozy and clean. Here is the digital menu URL https://storage.buonmenu.com/nwhde6m1kg0p0qyec5jeyhfwmcm1

Satay Beef Pho

The satay pho was incredible. Haven't seen anything like it here. Sweet, sour, nutty, fishy- highly craveable.

Solid authentic dishes, taste homemade and not skimping out on the ingredients to really drive the flavorful taste home. Prices are reasonable and fair with the food portions. When you sit down, no menus will be handed to you but you can scan the QR code at your table to look over the menu. Service was efficient but could be more hospitable/warmer. Barely felt any AC inside and seems like outside was cooler. we almost left when we walked in because it was so hot for a hot summer day and inside almost felt like a sauna. Other than that, Food is definitely solid and will return to possibly do to go order.

We meet-kong again. After a long day of touristing with visiting family we settled here for dinner. The criteria: crowd pleasing and cheap! The table got chicken pho and beef pho, gyoza, red chicken curry, fried wontons, and cod banh mi burger. The pho is really the best deal around. Only $13. You get a whopping bowl of hot pho. It's really a standard bowl of pho, fantastic broth, good fixings of meat and the typical toppings. The burger options are great for anyone not wanting noodles. And we loved the fried gyoza Lastly, their lychee martini and lychee mojito were simply amazing. Strong lychee flavor and so cheap too! Where else do you find a $8 cocktail?

By far best meal I had while visiting Seattle! Broth was savory, spicy and so flavorful. I asked for the condiments on the side but ended up not needing them at all. The granny baos were so good! Definitely will be back to this spot whenever I'm here in Seattle :)

The décor is gorgeous--an elevated, glamorous tribute to the water buffalo that feels bold yet refined. We ordered the Miang Kham, Crying Tiger, and Mango Salad. I always order Miang Kham when I see it since it's such a rare find, and this one was excellent. The Crying Tiger was tasty but came out more well done than the medium-rare we ordered. That said, we still finished it because the dipping sauce was fantastic and the purple-and-white sticky rice was delicious. The Mango Salad was beautifully prepared with shredded mango that had just the right crunch and tartness. Generous portions served. Even during a busy late afternoon, the chef handled guests with ease and a big smile, serving beautifully executed dishes and cocktails. Very impressive. We'll definitely be bringing friends here next time we're in Seattle. Tip: They do true Thai spice levels here--proceed with caution."

The Food: Rib Eye Steak Platter, $28 - 4.5 Stars This sizzling platter comes with your choice of sauce and a choice of starch. Hubby chose black pepper sauce and spaghetti. Hubby asked for medium rare, but the rarest they offer is medium due to being served on a sizzling platter. Fair enough. The platter did arrive smoking hot. The flavors were pretty good. The black pepper sauce was delivered warm, not very hot. The flavors met expectations. Stir Fried Udon with Tenderloin Steak, $20.95 - 4 Stars This dish is also done in a black pepper sauce. I quite like the high veggies-to-udon ratio, almost equal parts. Overall flavor is a bit salty. Some beef pieces are better than others, a mix of tender and chewy. Garlic Pepper Soft Shell Crab, $16.95 - 3.5 Stars Despite being fried, these pieces are softer, less crispy than I all other fried soft-shell crab I have had. Perhaps they might need to double fry. These have good flavor with good seasonings despite not being particularly crispy.

It seems to be higher quality short grain rice, giving great mouthfeel at first, but then biting into it, the overcooked mushy qualities emerge. The rice is sprinkled with a bit of furikake, adding a briny and savory flavor profile. Two beef patties are set on top, both with seemingly fake grill marks, perhaps indicative of commercial patties. They are homogeneous with a kind of spongy texture, pressed into a puck with a bunch of filler like Japanese hambagu. The beef is somewhat tender, but isn't soft enough to be cut through with a plastic fork. There's a fried egg on top, complete with runny yolk and even a small amount of runny white. They then ladle a couple of scoops of Japanese curry over the top. It's somewhat generic, probably a normal boxed curry mix with no embellishment, but it's cooked well. It has a nice thickness, isn't too thin or runny, lending a good curry flavor to the dish. I do with it came with a bit more curry since after eating about half the dish, it was all gone.
