    Purchased our Lance 2295 there in August 2018. The sales process was incredibly smooth, and Jimmy answered all of our questions. This past month, September 2019, we had a sewer flange break during a trip, and just a couple of weeks before a big trip to Washington. Got the trailer there, and Joe and Jeremy had in done just in time for our trip. I realize getting the part, or a busy service schedule might have interrupted that, but the fact they made the effort saved us from cancelling a trip planned a year in advance.

    Although getting a Truck Camper Lance 850 didn't work out for us the overall experience went well. Jimmie was very accommodating and worked with us. Great communication between us. If we try again we'll be going to Meeks RV. They have plenty of Campers to choose from.

Service guys are nice but also make a lot of excuses for crappy products that they sell! I bought a brand new 2026 highland ridge and it has spent more time in the shop then with me. I paid a lot of money upfront for an inspection that I was told would completely go through the camper to make sure it was all good to go. However it is now in the shop having an entire wall rebuilt because it was not manufactured properly. Like a whole wall on a brand new piece of equipment. It's had leaks, it's had molding fall off, it's had minor things but a whole wall? I've asked of if I can get my inspection fees reimbursed but am told I need to contact sales or financing... like why do I need to make a bunch of calls when you can throw a pen to the sales guys desk??? The office is Small. Whenever I ask why all this is happening I'm just about the crappy California road and how my camper is an earth quake on wheels. However I'm pretty sure it has wheels for a reason!!!!! It's suppose to go down the road. Good thing gmc doesn't use those excuses no one would buy their trucks. My advice.... Don't buy new! It's not worth it. Or maybe just don't buy highland ridge! In no world is it ok to buy brand new stuff that then needs to be rebuilt, and all you get is a bunch of lame excuses but no compensation!

We have an issue with the heater also that we reported to them a while back . A nice man came out but the issue continued . Called them again . Was told someone would come out and then never heard from them again . Now the leak issue that is on the slide that they repair when we purchased has a major leak . Texted and phoned to tell them about it . Can't even get a return phone call or text . Once again getting blown off . Not honoring the extended warranty we paid good money for .

    The Dutchman we were punished with was dirty, in no way cleaned or sanitized, as was stated in the…read morehuge "cleaning fee". The step to the door was busted and stuck open, making driving it illegal. Then "Ralph" had to take the step apart and bungee cord it shut so we could drive it. The inside was dirty, the carpeting heavily stained, the dining table cushions were stained, filthy and ripped. The table was on 1 leg and had to be held in place with our foot or risk collapsing. The oven didn't work, the black-water tank always read 2/3 full, even when emptied. The bedroom sliding door was broken and off the tracks, the toilet didn't flush, just kept filling with water. Ralph didn't answer a single text we sent him to ask for help. We had to request the windshield be washed clean of all the dirt and dust caked on it. The awning didn't work, no outside light working, and when we brought it back, Ralph blamed every single thing on us, even the broken step that didn't work before we got to his yard. Outrageous price for a horrible RV, no customer service, rudeness, blaming us for the condition of his RV before we ever arrived, all of this in front of his child, who he had working like a slave for him. Child labor laws apply. Several lies were told to us before we arrived, like the RV sleeping 8 people. If 5 of those people are very small children, then sure, it sleeps 8. It barely slept 5, crowded up. The RV also stalled on us once and Ralph, again, never answered our texts. Why were we texting him instead of calling? He doesn't answer calls, only texts, his exact words. And he doesn't answer those, either. When we pointed out all the issues, his response was "Everything worked perfectly before you got here, I don't know what you must have done to it." Luckily, we took a LOT of pictures, so we will be making sure everyone knows the truth, because every single bad rating Ralph has gotten on Google, he has answered with saying he doesn't have any record of that reviewer ever renting from him and they created a fake account just to leave a bad review, for no reason whatsoever. Same answer to every review. We have pictures of him working on the step before we left, so he'll have to think of a different excuse for why he's getting ANOTHER bad review. We'll upload our pics once they are downloaded from our trip. Terrible RV, terrible, rude, dishonest owner. Never again and we're going to spread the word about Extreme RVs of Davis and Outdoorsy for hosting them, despite their many bad ratings. EDIT: Outdoorsy is trying to keep our deposit to p ay for the pre-existing condition of their horrible RV. There's a lawsuit coming. And they've taken their website down due to so many bad reviews.

    Do not do business with this dealer. There is a serious lack of communication, professionalism, and…read moretransparency. Once you did co-sign with them, the owner stops answering calls and texts, leaving you completely in the dark. This kind of behavior damages trust and reflects very poorly on the dealership's reputation.
