Buying a used motorhome will save you money, but you have to be concerned about how the RV was taken care of. I have owned 3 campers and a large fifth wheel over the years. Buying them was something like having a root canal. Meeks was the exception. Deciding to downsize as the years have begun to wear I was looking for a small popup camper. I looked around for several weeks in my local area without much enthusiasm. One morning checking on line I discovered Meeks. Calling to see when they opened Pat was actually personable and friendly. My wife and I went down and were very surprised with the friendliness,lack of pushiness and knowledge of rvs as displayed by both Pat and Kevin. We had warranty work done on our brand new Lance 2465 trailer. The dealer that sold the trailer did not adress a few issues that we brought up. We gave up trying to have that selling dealer finnish the repairs. The people at the Lance factory suggested the folks at Meeks to complete the warranty repairs. Joe and the others at Meeks were always keeping us up to date on when the parts would be in. They took extra time to make sure the repairs to the leaky water tank were done right. Now everything fixed and like it should be on a new trailer. Our experience was with SERVICE from Meeks and it could not have been better. We had some issues with our Lance 1575 and Meek's fixed everything we needed fixing! I have nothing but great things to say about Meeks, and Kevin the owner. I'm a woman and not used to doing mechanical things. When I got my new RV I had a few questions, and a couple of warranty repairs. Kevin, and Meeks were super helpful, and fast in getting things taken care of. Just picked up our Bigfoot Cabover Camper after dropping it off for service. Although they were unable to fix the refrigerator due to it being 20 years old and just plain worn out, we had them do a few other service items while the camper was there. Everything was done to our satisfaction at reasonable rates. I would recommend Meeks as you deal directly with the owners.
