It was a nice atmosphere! It was easy to make an appointment and I was happy to discover that it was for a one hour duration which was great ! I needed the full hour because this sauna didn't get as hot as I would like. My hair barley got wet but I eventually did get a decent sweat in but not as much as I expected/wanted.

I made a decision to lose weight and resolved that I needed professional help because I wanted to look good but more importantly, establish a healthy lifestyle. I searched for programs that offered at least 3 months, max $2500, weekly consultations, and no supplements. SciFit was the only program I found that met all my criteria. My consultation appointment was with Dr. Bryce in late April. He's a very very straightforward guy and keeps it very very real with you. For me, this is exactly what I needed to propel me into the mental state required in order to be successful. My favorite part at SciFit are the 3D Body Scans which is a digital body scanner that records your weight, measurements, body rating and so much more. This is an effective tool for you to have a complete overview of how your body is changing. I spent a lot of time comparing my scans and it's exciting to see the results in more ways than one. It definitely boosted my confidence and pushed me to want to do better before my next scan. I started the program on May 4, 2021 and my program will end on August 10, 2021. My first scan weighed me at 231 and as of July 16, 2021 I scanned at 215.8. Unexpected side effects. (read on!)…read more I was diagnosed with Acid reflux/GERD over 12 years ago. It has been a long journey. That journey included several different medications, increased dosages, all of which were temporary. They never resolved, only postponed. I then tried more natural remedies. I tried herbal teas, different forms of greens (powders, smoothies, etc), and supplements. In conjunction with avoiding certain foods, my reflux symptoms would resolve, however, only temporarily. I heard about Strong on Health from a friend. I was desperate for answers. After my initial consultation with Dustin Strong and sharing my health history/journey, he had a treatment plan specifically designed for me. He shared years of wisdom and insight to the underlying causes of my health issues. I had not found or learned any of this in all the research I had done, however, I just knew it was the missing piece to my health puzzle. I was nervous at first and just knew he was going to tell me all the things I was doing wrong and I was going to have to change my diet and eating habits drastically. He didn't!! He even told me that I could continue drinking coffee!! I was SHOCKED! I had been avoiding coffee for so long as it would irritate my stomach and then I would have to deal with the acid reflux. He has always given me hope and walked with me throughout this entire process to better health. Some days have been better and others not as much, but I have seen more progress than ever! I did share with Dustin about being diagnosed with chronic dry eye before having lazik surgery for my astigmatism about 7 years ago. The eye doctor told me lazik would make my dry eye symptoms worse and would need eye drops for the rest of my life. She didn't seem to grasp what I was going through, which left me frustrated. Dr. Kotsanis decided to come out of his office to see me. He didn't know a single thing about me, and obviously didn't read any of the history. I ended up leaving his office broke, devestated, and defeated. Needless to say, I would not recommend Dr. Kotsanis. He is clearly in it for the money. For 2000K up front, I would think he would take the time to get to know me!
