Usually they didn't come, sometimes a person would text or call they were coming while I was driving to work and I'd have to explain all of this again. After almost 2 years of getting no help locally stopping the calls they sent me an overdue payment notice for a service that neve happened. They offered a reduced rate to come finish the service. I accepted. Then they charged me an additional full-price for the make up service! I've tried three time to get this refunded, but no one seems to be on the same page. They keep saying it'll be fixed, and then it gets worse, and I call again - rinse, repeat. The manager is supposed to take care of it next, I certainly hope they do - I don't think I'll be returning to this service otherwise - perhaps not even then. It's a shame, becuase they are all very nice people that I've interacted with. But I don't know what else to do except save someone else from experiencing the frustration I've felt.

Gafford workers have stopped by the apartment office only once in this time, and they quickly left when they saw the "Be Back Soon" sign on the office door. I also messaged this company myself a week ago and received no response.
