My mom won a gift certificate to this place. My mom brought some jewelry to be fixed. Not only were the workers very friendly but they got my moms jewelry fixed and a timely fashion. I would recommend this place. read more

I have gotten several pieces of jewelry from here and they have all been fake I've gotten rings and necklaces and bracelets and they've all been fake fake diamonds fake Jewels fake metal don't waste your money here read more

I have been a customer of Mees for many years. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Brian is an excellent goldsmith and helped me design a pretty jewelry set. Prices are very reasonable. A little over a year ago my husband and I lost our son in a car accident, 9 days before Christmas. We wanted to buy something special for our daughter-in-law so we stopped in and started looking around. No idea what her name is but this woman with big, blonde hair approached us and asked if she could help us find anything. It was difficult for us to speak without choking up but I managed to tell her what we were looking for. She showed us a few things, no pressure, and we found the perfect gift. She could tell something was wrong and after we made our purchase, she came back around the counter and gave me a hug and said she was sorry. I was very touched. Now, a year later, I was looking to replace one of my rings and stopped in to have a look around. Same woman came up to us, I told her what I wanted, she pulled out a few things and within a matter of minutes I had what I came for. It was a Saturday and they had my ring sized and ready for pick up in 30 minutes. Like I said before, no pressure, just knowledge, experience and no nonsense. I have always found Mees to be very reasonably priced but the service...beyond excellent. read more

i like this business in general it's not bad but there is plenty room for many improvements…read moreincluding better staff, customer care/service, better prices on buying and selling items especially for customers who have been shopping, pawning and selling items through them for years and haven't had any or very few loss of belongings from lack of paying the monthly minimum payments on time.. or when they actually come back before the time limit is up and paying the pawn loan in full. That's the biggest thing for me personally .. they should be making a bigger effort to take better care of their regular/loyal customers.
