Olivia was so flexible and supportive when we were freaking out that our wedding had to be cancelled/postponed during the lockdown; she rescheduled us twice throughout the pandemic. I have to say, her photography was one of the things I was looking forward to the most in getting married. As soon as we saw her photo in our venue catalog (when touring the venue), we knew we had to get married at that venue with the same photographer-- we booked her and the venue that same day. The photos she takes just feel light, bright, airy, and happy. And let me tell you, I've looked at other photographers' photos, but none could compare to the vibe Olivia's gives off. She is so WORTH IT. She's like a magician with her photos and just has a really great artistic eye! When we finally got married so many things went wrong (I wasn't wearing my wedding jewelry, I forgot to fix the ribbon of my bouquet, STRESS lol), but honestly you couldn't tell anything was wrong in the pictures! I've been married for 5 years, so I've realized how much of my memory of my wedding is based on Abel's photos and thanks to him, my memories are that much more beautiful. My parents still cry every time they look at the albums. The photos just transport us. He has a really big personality, so I was a little worried that he would be too much of a presence at my wedding, but I ended up not even noticing he was there. And yet he managed to capture everything! I don't know how he did it. My family wasn't aware of him being there either. He was like a fly on the wall... a fly with an incredibly artistic eye. Since I was renewing my passport online, I asked for the digital photos. The nice man let me use the mirror to make sure my hair was how I liked it, and then took a few headshots. What was uncomfortable for me was that his dog was in the store and kept licking my knee while I was sitting for the photos (1 star off). I have never seen pets roam free in a place of business. The photos were okay -- they fit the right dimensions required by the U.S. Passport Service. There were two photos that I sort of liked, and ultimately chose one of the two. The man told me they would be e-mailed to me. After I got home, I only saw one photo in my e-mail. When I asked for the second one, he said $25.99 is for only 1 digital photo, so I felt kind of ripped off (1 star off)...why would 1 digital photo cost more than 2 physical photos? I should have just had a friend take a digital photo for me in front of a white background with my phone. The process was fast for sure, but maybe too fast. $25.99 for 5 minutes and you only get 1 photo.
